The guy who helped me in my opinion was a bit pushy. He gave me a sample of cheese. It was really good. It reminded me of L'amuse Gouda. It's sweet, savory, like butterscotch. If you ask 10 people on Arthur Ave who makes the best Mozzarella around, and a good number of people are going to tell you it's Casa Della. And I'm here to tell you that their Mozzarella is the truth. It's delicious, creamy, flavorful...it's the kind of stuff that will have you standing in front of the establishment, Casa in hand (and mouth) without a care in the world, or whether or not people are staring at you while you scarf or down.
