Both girls at the desk were the girls who did the piercing and assisting of one another. Again, they were so kind and helped to ease my anxiety if getting poked with a needle. The piercer let me know that he thought he would be able to get them reopened without having to re-pierce, since he had some equipment that was much smaller than the average earring, and he was indeed able to do so and charged me much less to get my holes open again than it would have cost to re-pierce. I am presently sitting in the waiting room while a friend of mine gets some new jewelry put in, and I am once again reminded how incredibly warm and thoughtful and thorough the staff is. The person behind the counter did such a wonderful job. Patiently explaining options to my friend and to a couple of young girls and their mother. The jewelry here isn't inexpensive, but when it comes to permanent bodily alterations, you don't want to skimp out.

The shop is clean and has all private rooms. She was able to draw up this cat shaped floral piece in just a couple hours and it surpassed my expectations.
