When getting the tattoo, Ron reassured me that I could ask for a break at any given time during the appointment. He was super easy/fun to talk to as well. Talking with Ron and my friend made the process go swiftly, and helped me to not focus on the pain as much. He also made sure that I understood the aftercare instructions. Overall, I didn't feel uncomfortable, but rather that I was in control the entire time (placement, questions, breaks, etc). I would highly recommend this shop and would go again (if I decide to get another). I also just wanted to say thank you so much!
