I also felt pressured to enroll with vendors such as Midi Health to qualify for lower monthly insurance payments and answer questions that seemed unnecessary. When scheduling with the vendor, the system indicated full coverage, and I saw no upfront disclosure of charges. Afterward, I was told I owed money for services I did not understand were necessary or would cost extra. This arrangement felt misleading and coercive. If participation affects our insurance payments, the costs and coverage limitations should be clearly explained before we enroll or schedule care. I want a written explanation of these charges, the coverage decisions, and whether any protections under the federal No Surprises Act apply. Families deserve clear answers and informed choices. The lack of transparency and poor communication are unacceptable.

I was hit by someone with Progressive Insurance. First, I was told they had insurance and a claim was filed. Second, I was told they had insurance and that Progressive needed more information from me. Then I was told that they didn't have insurance until an hour after the accident so the claim was closed. Finally, when I called back to ask questions about what happened I was treated very rudely by the person I talked to, was told they didn't have insurance until 10 minutes after the accident, and was told literally told, to bad we can't help you. As the victim I felt completely victimized again by the person I talked to. My recommendation is do not use Progressive for anything. They are not reputable and will not do what they are supposed to do. Also, I believe that someone like the BBB should look into there practices as well.

They couldn't complete very, very basic things with any sort of timeliness whatsoever. I had several conversations with them about their low customer service levels but nothing ever changed. They would promise to send me policy information I needed and then it just never happened. They started writing policies for me without me even requesting them. And, when they did this, the policies included incorrect information which isn't surprising considering they never spoke with me to get the correct information. When I needed to remove my ex husband from my auto policy it literally took weeks to complete this and I ended up paying for his auto insurance during that time. If you expect any sort of speedy or efficient customer service or accuracy from your insurance agent, you should consider a different agency. I'm still a NW customer/member but just not with this agency.
