They were kind enough to re do the floor. It looks a lot better than first time, but still not liking it. I spent a lot of money on this project. I am trying to get used to it , but the more I look at it the more I hate it. No contact from them since job was done to ask about it being finished and my thoughts.

The neighbor and I both had substantial work done by him and both of us tried to get back in touch with him later. He did finally reply but didn't keep his appointment nor did he call or text to reschedule. Several messages were left for him with no reply whatsoever. I guess in some circles that would be considered as a " Taillight warranty " meaning the warranty is good for as long as you can see his taillights.

After receiving several quotes, we decided to hire Mr. Blankenship and crew. Two men arrived and…read moregot to work. The tore down the old wall, dug up the stones from around what used to be a "flower bed area", and rebuilt the wall using the same stones. The stones were in great shape so no reason to buy new ones. The wall looks great and will hopefully remain standing for many decades. The leftover stones were stacked by the garage. We had one miscommunication that happened regarding the length of the wall. My husband and I were gone during the day trusting that the crew would complete the work as we expected and had discussed with Mr. Blankenship. Unfortunately, they ended the wall short by several feet so had to return to extend it the rest of the way. They were not prepared with fill dirt either and when it rained the next day, the loosened dirt just compacted and look terrible as it separated from the wall, so we ended up getting our own. Good thing we had a truck at the time. Because of this, I will say I expected a partial refund, but none was received. Oh well. The wall is holding up fine, looks great, the grass seed has flourished, and I no longer have a dangerously leaning wall.

At first, I was really impressed with Biff's communication and straight forward approach. They…read moreremoved my old driveway and installed a new driveway and walk path to the front door. The install side was straight forward and there were only a few issues that they forgot to address when the concrete was poured. All in all, I was satisfied with their work until after I went to get a permit to build onto a separate pad that they poured. The city informed me that it did not meet code and when speaking with Biff on how to remedy the issue, he stated that he would review the code and let me know how we can fix it. Unfortunately, this was our last communication as Biff refused to respond to any communication efforts. I emailed, texted, and called over a dozen times during a 2 month period and received not even a courtesy call in response. To ghost a customer that had paid for a pad that can't be used shows an extreme lack of integrity and professionalism.

Horrible job, abusive and incompetent owner. They busted a…read moredrainage pipe and then poured concrete directly over/into it. We had to have the whole thing excavated and replaced to the tune of $7500 (so far). When we called to (very calmly) notify them of the damage caused and to see if they (or their insurance if they have it) can rectify this, the owner started screaming expletives and death threats (!!). This happened multiple times. The conversation ended with the owner screaming at my sister: "Suck my d*** and die b****" and hanging up the phone. In addition to that, they hit a support column with a Bobcat which caused cracks in the walls upstairs. Also poured concrete over a garage drain, sealing it and claimed that it was unnecessary ( they get to decide?). And a bunch of minor damage to gate, walls etc. This is hands down the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Stay away!!!
