The city informed me that it did not meet code and when speaking with Biff on how to remedy the issue, he stated that he would review the code and let me know how we can fix it. Unfortunately, this was our last communication as Biff refused to respond to any communication efforts. I emailed, texted, and called over a dozen times during a 2 month period and received not even a courtesy call in response.
