We were about 5 hours into a 12 hour drive when we got a flat tire. Bradenton Farm Trucking was…read moreable to get us in to town and to Big O Tires where we found that the original tire had a HUGE bolt stuck in it, and our spare...when pulled out of the trunk...had only 10 pounds of pressure. The manager at Big O repaired the original tire and inspected and balanced the spare to ensure the rest of our trip would, at the very least, not succumb to tire related issues. But the best part was, they did these repairs/inspections at no charge. This kindness was not prompted, but so incredibly appreciated as what they did not know was that this trip is to say our we are last goodbye to my father. With heavy hearts and a long way to go, I appreciated the hug and kind words as we left the store! Big O Tires is a wonderful place filled with wonderful people!

Do not take your vehicle here. If you do don't leave it and go home. They put you off till the end…read moreof day. Had a 8am appointment checked up on it cause a friend saw it outside thought it was done. Called to check found out at the moment I called the were just putting it on the rack. Had to call again at 330 pm told they would call me back. Didn't get a call got a message asking if they could keep it overnight. Didn't really have a choice let them keep it another big mistake. Figured they would call me about noon . Totally wrong on that. Had to call again they hadn't gotten around to pulling it back into the garage but they were getting right on it. So I waited for another phone call that never came. Had to call them around 3 hours later still haven't had time to look at it. Very poor customer service skills. Went to pick up my vehicle. Upon opening my vehicle door there was dirt all over the floor board and the side carpet. My door had grease and oil on the door pull device. My center console arm rest had salt stains from someone's arm . You could visually see the arm impression. Went in with a full tank of gas came out with three quarts of a tank. So if you're looking for place to treat you like a paying customer. This isn't it never going back again. Oil changes are cheaper at Walmart. Took my vehicle to Hortons auto the following week identified the problem immediately . Had it fixed before the end of the day. I didn't have to call them once. They called to tell me what the problem was how much it would cost. Called to tell me when it was finished. Totally satisfied with their professionalism . If you do take your vehicle to ford take a photo of your odometer and gas gauge. Better yet get a vehicle gps tracker before leaving it overnight. There are better places to get your vehicle worked on than this place. Trying to get hold of anyone in their service department should have been my first clue. So Chillicothe Ford gets a big thumbs down.
