My center console arm rest had salt stains from someone's arm . You could visually see the arm impression. Went in with a full tank of gas came out with three quarts of a tank. Took my vehicle to Hortons auto the following week identified the problem immediately . Had it fixed before the end of the day. I didn't have to call them once. They called to tell me what the problem was how much it would cost. Called to tell me when it was finished. Totally satisfied with their professionalism . If you do take your vehicle to ford take a photo of your odometer and gas gauge. Better yet get a vehicle gps tracker before leaving it overnight. There are better places to get your vehicle worked on than this place. Trying to get hold of anyone in their service department should have been my first clue.
