My kids love the ninja course and the dodgeball area-- don't worry, the balls are soft! There's some areas where you can just jump and even 3 basketball hoops to try to dunk. Theres a little food area that has some basic snacks and drinks.

The jump zones are extremely worn, show immense signs of filth by the dirty black adorning the…read morecolored mats, the ropes "enclosing" the battle area are touching the mat it is "protecting", one of the battle sticks is deflated, there are three balls in the dodge ball zone, but the mats themselves are providing the support needed for all the movement happening. A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

I visited the Puma Outlet in Vacaville today (08-19-2025)around 1:35 pm. The store had great deals,…read moreand I was excited about my purchase. However, i bought 2 T-Shirts one one was 30%off and the 2nd was 40% ,when I went to check out, I noticed I was being charged the wrong price. I pointed it out to the cashier, Andrea, simply asking her to correct it. To my surprise, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake politely, her response was extremely rude. I didn't raise my voice or say anything inappropriate--I just wanted the price corrected so I wouldn't be overcharged. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful, not only to me but also to my family who was with me. I've been shopping at this outlet for years, and this was by far one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. Employees represent the brand, and I truly hope management addresses this so other loyal customers don't go through the same experience.

My grandson really liked this one pair of tennis shoes, and Lilly came over on her own to help look for his size. She then went in the back, and came out with a big smile as well as the tennis shoes in his size. Her positive attitude while helping us made shopping at Puma such a wonderful experience. My grandson was so excited with his new shoes, and commented to me as we were leaving the store how nice Lilly was to him. Thanks Lilly!

I would not think many readers have had the same experience I recently had at Big Five Sporting…read moreGoods, in Vacaville, Ca. I needed to purchase scope mounts to mount my full size rifle scope to a Gamo pellet gun. The mounting grooves that these pellet rifles have, make it difficult to find mounts that are secure. I needed to take both my scope and my pellet rifle to the store to try their mounts. Carrying a rifle (even a pellet gun) in full California public view, is a recipe for confusion, pre-conceived 2nd ammendment bias, ignorant Karens, and scurrying people in parking lots! Even though I "broke" the barrel (now folded in half) and hung it over my arm, clearly visible to be in a non-operatable position, too many people are wholly ignorant of the California gun laws. I stood in the entrance of the store and calmly explained what I needed and why I was bringing my pellet gun into their store in this fashion. I assured the sales ladies that not only was it unloaded, but that when the barrel was in the bent, or 'broken' position this pellet gun was not able to fire at all. I didn't receive any excuses or personal bias. The manager came to the front, accessed the situation, and ok'd me to enter the store. While others may view this with "whats wrong with taking his pellet gun in the store" all gun owners, even BB and Pellet guns, know exactly what I expected to happen. However.... The staff was very helpful, even though we weren't able to find the mounts that I needed. I do appreciate their professionalism and the Manager's knowledge of gun laws in this predominantly Blue state.
