I called BNC, they came out quickly and Chris took care of it. Listen folks, this is the most honest person i know in business. I stayed out there with him for awhile, he talked to me (while he worked) about his wife, kids, and how proud he is of them. I enjoy seeing and hearing a man who takes care of his family through hard work and clean living. If you have any lawn, irrigation, sprinkler or lawn care needs, call this company. WARNING Nice guy, but terrible business. Against my better…read morejudgment, I gave Michael Taylor a shot at a very simple job we had. the was to bring some good dirt in and lay sod down. After about two weeks of excuses, we finally got some dirt down, not how we wanted it, but he put some dirt down. Then, came another week of excuses and he never got the grass we paid him for. Long story short, we paid him $1600 up front to buy the supplies, and he only brought a portion of the dirt we agreed to and NO GRASS. We knew he had no intentions of finishing the job, he stopped responding and he stole our money. We fired him and he kept all the money and scammed us. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS SHISTER SCAM ARTIST!!!

The tech was very timely. I liked everything about this company! I hired them to repair some drip lines that had been chewed by animals. At my request, he took a look at my entire system and noticed a few other things that needed work. (He may have done the inspection without my request -- a lot of companies do. But I specifically asked for this.) On the spot, he gave me an itemized estimate for everything. His recommendations were great! He capped a head in a section of my backyard that was getting watered by three different zones and pooling water. He replaced 2 heads in the front yard, including one that was blocked by tree roots. He changed the spray pattern on 1 or 2 other heads to optimize watering in a problem section. He noticed that I was running a zone to an empty garden bed and recommended that I turn that zone off. He was fantastic! I would highly recommend TX Sprinkler Repair.

I contacted Blackmon to give me an estimate for sprinkler repair on one of my rental properties…read more I specially told them I wanted an estimate. When the gentlemen arrived (90 minutes after the time window), I told the worker this was a rental and I needed an estimate to know if I should proceed with the repair. The inital visit was $105 for the first hour and he estimated $300-$500. I agreed. We set another appointment. Again, he was 90 minutes late past the arrival window. At this visit he told me we were at $600 ish. I understood and he started to work. He said he was tired and wanted to go and he set another appointment. He arrived to the third appointment and AGAIN did NOT finish the repairs. He never mentioned the estimate had gone over the $600 ish. He told me he would return later that week because he did not have the supplies to finish the job. He did not give me a time window for the fourth appointment nor did he call me when he was on his way. He said the morning. Around 1030am I had to reach out to him to find out he was 10 minutes away. He FINALLY repaired the system on visit 4. The bill for all four visits was $1,390, a far cry from the $300-$500 they estimated on the inital visit. I texted the owner to let them know I was displeased and I felt tricked. I wanted to discuss with them before I left an honest review. A woman named Felicia called me and got very upset with me. She ended the conversation by saying 'you bitch' then hung up. I would personally not suggest using this company.
