Maddy often will no-show and then will act defensive or even hostile when contacted to. It feels almost as if there has been a change in ownership or staffing that impacted their ability to continue to perform jobs. But I don't know. We aren't good at constantly cleaning our baseboards/walls/fans, so they were pretty grimy. We also have a dog who sheds fur like nobody's business. When we asked her for a quote before proceeding, we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable she was, so we followed through. She was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with us regarding days/times she could come and clean. She arrived on time and was so sweet in person!
