Alfonso came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. He asked lots of questions and he listened. He came back the following week with a landscaping plan that incorporated everything that we asked for and at a reasonable price. Work started about a week later and the guys that did the hard work were impressive, too. They were conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up their work area and stored their equipment each evening before they left. Even our neighbors were impressed. Everything looks great and is exactly like the plan. This was just phase 1--we'll be calling Alfonso in the spring for phase 2!

I got ahold of Dave after seeing a few posts on Facebook, regarding some work that Platinum Outdoor Concepts had completed. Dave came out to the facility and was very knowledgeable and honest. Dave explained that not all of the fence posts needed replacing and some were still in good condition, which saved the company money. Dave came back with a very competitive bid and had a crew start on the fence, a few days later. The job was completed, in a timely manner, well organized pertaining to communication and logistics, with efficiency, and the end product surpassed expectations. I saw another review stating, "...you couldn't even tell they were there!" This is spot on but if you needed to get ahold of Dave, he responded immediately. The crew was professional, hardworking and easy to talk to. If you need a new fence, don't waste your time researching and comparing bids... contact Platinum Outdoor Concepts and ask for Dave Woodring. I ONLY recommend, Platinum Outdoor Concepts.

I do a spot check every week to dig up any weeds that might appear, but they were so numerous that I couldn't keep up. It was a bit aggravating to have to do all that cleanup when the treatments should have been more effective. We have been extremely happy with Green Lawn, Inc. this past year because their lawn treatments have killed off those weeds and allowed the grass to grow back. They have done a great job overseeding our lawn as well, and we have added on their sprinkler overwintering services for this fall. Also, all the employees and technicians that I have interacted with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile in doing quality work.

Office was extremely rude when asked for a refund. Didn't even apologize for a no-show no -call appointment. I can't comment on the quality of their work as they didn't show but would strongly recommend hiring a different company if you're expecting an even minimal level of reliability, professionalism, and customer service.

This is normally something I would have done myself, but due to time constraints I needed to hire a company. I was quoted $90/hr + parts. Seemed reasonable for a quick job. The tech was a great guy and made quick work of the repair. I was really happy with the completed job. That was until the invoice came over at just under $400. I was shocked when I saw the price and thought it might have been a mistake, so I asked for an itemized copy of the parts. Turns out it was not a mistake, they just mark up their parts by 400%-600%. I understand the business side and marking up parts... I am completely okay with that. However price gouging to this extent is pretty excessive. Sprinkler valve box at $40 each.. and small waterproof wire splices at $5 each is absolute robbery. The tech did a great job with the repair. I was happy with the work done, but I paid a PREMIUM for it. Just be aware of this before you have them complete any work for you.
