Last minute (semi-urgent) appointment for ongoing eye issue no problem (granted this is early post-season) 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful (if not a bit overwhelmed) 3. Dr Miller was fantastic. Friendly and assertive - **and very patient** - walked through every step and even pulled up images to show what he was seeing His prognosis was astute and thoughtful, and prescription clear and thorough. (clearly someone who has "seen" it all) Although the medication was the same, the course of treatment was slightly different and (IMHO) more considered toward a solution. That was Dr. Mazur. I waited over an hour for her return call after having to call the service twice because the service hadn't been able to reach her. I had taken a picture of my eye to send her to see if she could look at it to see if it was a dermatology issue or an eye doctor issue, and tell me if there was anything she thought I should do until I could see somebody in the morning. She seemed not at all interested in helping me and refused to look at the pictures I'd taken. She let me know she was in her pj's already, and she wasn't doing anything tonight about anything. She spoke in an arrogant tone, and while she told me that, yes, she was the doctor on call, she wasn't going to do anything tonight to help me. Why would a doctor take an after hours on call job, then refuse to help a patient because it's after hours? She showed no compassion or interest in helping a patient whose condition was worsening. It was a horrible experience.
