Didn't wait more than 5 min. to be called in. Had pre-check exams for cataracts. Staff was…read morewelcoming and professional, from reception to all assistants. Offices were clean and well-organized. Dr. McLaughlin was exceptional - he explained level of my cataracts, my options and expected outcome. As well, he listened to an incident I had and immediately recognized that this wasn't a cataract issue, but a blood flow issue. He advised me to contact my cardiologist if it happened again. They are the nicest and easiest guys to talk to that I've encountered at any Optical department in my life. Very personable and funny too. Straight forward and no games from either of them. These two are the reason we keep coming back to the Optical Room. The bad... KATHLEEN. What a rude little troll she is... she is rude to patients on the phone AND in person. She must believe that the world owes her some respect, because she acts like she owns the place. I have NO idea why she still works here. She's so unlike the other people there. This would be a 5+ star review if it was just about Chris and Colin. I don't know who she's sleeping with, but I cannot understand how she is still employed in any customer service capacity. ???

He attends preschool and I just wanted to get his yearly exam done. I have been to this office before with my nephew and I never had a problem before. I spoke to a very rude woman name KATHLEEN she replied to me WHY WOULD YOU GET A 4 YEAR OLD EYES EXAMINED.. I replied to her why wouldn't you get your child's eyes examined just like you get everything else checked out why not their eyes. She then got very nasty and said is there some kind of issue can he read and write and I said yes actually he is in school and can read and write. She then said are you going to continue to correct me and I said yes because you need to be corrected because you have a nasty attitude and need to have better phone etiquette and treat customers especially new customers with better service. She was not welcoming and I would not take my dog here if this is how you would get treated. Mr Todd is very nice and needs to know how his employees are treating the patients. I will be contacting the better Bureau of Business Administration to make a formal complaint about this establishment.
