They are the nicest and easiest guys to talk to that I've encountered at any Optical department in my life. Very personable and funny too. Straight forward and no games from either of them. These two are the reason we keep coming back to the Optical Room. The bad... KATHLEEN. What a rude little troll she is... she is rude to patients on the phone AND in person. She must believe that the world owes her some respect, because she acts like she owns the place. I have NO idea why she still works here. She's so unlike the other people there. This would be a 5+ star review if it was just about Chris and Colin. I don't know who she's sleeping with, but I cannot understand how she is still employed in any customer service capacity. ???

He attends preschool and I just wanted to get his yearly exam done. I have been to this office before with my nephew and I never had a problem before. I spoke to a very rude woman name KATHLEEN she replied to me WHY WOULD YOU GET A 4 YEAR OLD EYES EXAMINED.. I replied to her why wouldn't you get your child's eyes examined just like you get everything else checked out why not their eyes. She then got very nasty and said is there some kind of issue can he read and write and I said yes actually he is in school and can read and write. She then said are you going to continue to correct me and I said yes because you need to be corrected because you have a nasty attitude and need to have better phone etiquette and treat customers especially new customers with better service. She was not welcoming and I would not take my dog here if this is how you would get treated. Mr Todd is very nice and needs to know how his employees are treating the patients. I will be contacting the better Bureau of Business Administration to make a formal complaint about this establishment.

I was told that if I waited for an hour or so, the doctor would try to squeeze me in. It might have been nice if the doctor at least came out and explained things. Great way to lose a patient.

A tall blonde thin girl with glasses in the optical dept. waited on me. She became very annoyed and agitated when I asked her to tighten the glasses. They were better, but needed the pads adjusted. She took them, brought them back but still were not right. I saw Jim, asked if he could help, he blew me off. Meanwhile I see her walking away ignoring me. Here she gave the glasses to another to help me. Fortunately this girl got it right. Usually they make sure the measurements are correct, and have you read the card. These lenses are progressive making it important that the glasses fit properly. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude that was given towards me. This was my last visit to Pritz and Gray.
