And now, this is where the two star review comes in. Before leaving his office I was told the office would schedule the further appointment at Cooper hospital for me and send me a text when they did. A week went past without any update so I called myself. The office stated they would instead schedule the appointments with Jefferson. 15 minutes later I received the confirmation text from the office with the appointment details. Fast forward to the 7th, I drive an hour to Jefferson only to be told the appointment was rescheduled TWICE then cancelled entirely meaning I drove an hour for absolutely nothing. Fast forward again to this afternoo, I check my mail, lo and behold, A LETTER FROM COOPER! The letter states I no called/no showed/no future appointment scheduled. I was never informed about an appointment being made with Cooper hospital as I was told it was made with Jefferson. So now I've missed an appointment, had an appointment rescheduled and canceled twice, and not a lick of communication was made with me about any of it. Clearly this office hires absolutely incompetent staff who are incapable of properly scheduling appointments on their patients behalf.

The lowest of the low. So disappointing! The lady that conducted the hearing test was very professional as was the receptionist. Over all not recommended. Go to a professional instead. Only giving one star because I have to but they truly don't deserve it.

I was even able to examine the basics of my records to see the progression of my change in vision. You need to let them know your usage: driving, TV, computer, smartphone or reading. I have also been pleased with the customer service as it relates to scheduling appointments, making payments, using insurance. There are a variety of frames to choose from, some I don't like and others have been perfect. I learned that when choosing frames consider your activity level, so you don't get glasses that are too fragile. Some parts are easily replaced, more fragile frames may require purchasing a whole frame. I have tried contacts, but they are not for me. The process was fairly easy at the time. If you choose contacts, consider your home or work environment. If you are exposed to lots of dust, pollen or smoke - forget about getting contacts. Every time I have been to Eye Openers, I have had a pleasant, professional experience.
