Doctor Diaz himself is fantastic. He tried to help me figure out an ongoing issue I've been having that required some extra appointments out of his range of expertise. And now, this is where the two star review comes in. Before leaving his office I was told the office would schedule the further appointment at Cooper hospital for me and send me a text when they did. A week went past without any update so I called myself. The office stated they would instead schedule the appointments with Jefferson. 15 minutes later I received the confirmation text from the office with the appointment details. Fast forward to the 7th, I drive an hour to Jefferson only to be told the appointment was rescheduled TWICE then cancelled entirely meaning I drove an hour for absolutely nothing. Fast forward again to this afternoo, I check my mail, lo and behold, A LETTER FROM COOPER! The letter states I no called/no showed/no future appointment scheduled. I was never informed about an appointment being made with Cooper hospital as I was told it was made with Jefferson. So now I've missed an appointment, had an appointment rescheduled and canceled twice, and not a lick of communication was made with me about any of it. Clearly this office hires absolutely incompetent staff who are incapable of properly scheduling appointments on their patients behalf. read more

This man was very unprofessional and rude to my mother. Surgical scheduling and billing office do not pick up the phone and the mail box is always full. Highly unprofessional group. The lowest of the low. So disappointing! The lady that conducted the hearing test was very professional as was the receptionist. Over all not recommended. Go to a professional instead. Only giving one star because I have to but they truly don't deserve it. read more

I'm sure a one star review doesn't mean much to an establishment with already very low reviews--but based on my experience it is completely earned. Made an appointment for an ear cleaning (or so I thought). The girl on the phone made zero effort to explain otherwise. Got there, paid $150 (which was fair for a cleaning). I waited an hour for the doctor who then told me I didn't need a cleaning. I was with the doctor for a total of 3 minutes. If I don't need a cleaning, that's fine, I don't want to waste the doctors time. He was perfectly nice. I went to the front desk afterwards to ask if there was a different fee since I had NOT had a cleaning and this is where things went very south. I have never in my life encountered a front office manager as rude and dismissive as this woman. She had a sarcastic tone the entire time and would speak like she didn't understand what I was asking then had her eyes closed the entire time I replied to her. Turns out I was scheduled for a consultation, not a cleaning. I told her that this was NEVER explained to me and I was completely polite throughout--I never even asked for any sort of refund I was just politely asking if there was a different fee because the service that was rendered to me was not the service that I had thought I scheduled, but she was continuously rude. Had she explained it more nicely I might not even be leaving this review, but she is a poison to this practice. Truly a horrible employee on a clear power trip. I wanted to cry after leaving because she was so dehumanizing in her tone and mannerisms. Extremely rude staff made worse by horrible wait times and OVERPRICED ($150 for literally 3 minutes with the doctor). Could not recommend this place LESS. Stay far away. read more

I paid the co pay upfront and put my debit card on file. i was billed on 11/15 and my account was debited on 11/21 with no warning of when i was going to be debited. No information on costs was given at the time of visit. The offices response was that they did not know what the cost would be until they submitted to insurance. If they had told me I could have been prepared. They charged 160 dollars for "Ov New Patient Level 3". 160 bucks just to be a new patient. Also, Dr. Diaz brought three other people in the room to watch and didn't explain why or who they were. He had no time for a friendly conversation. I tried to explain who refereed me to him and he seemed completely unconcerned. He stuck this nozzle in my nose of some apparatus and cleaned it with some disinfectant wipe. Didn't seem very clean. After visiting the ER due to a nosebleed that wouldn't stop, they packed it and said I needed to see an ENT doctor. After looking for a doctor in Vineland, he seemed to be the only one, and after reading reviews, I was a little concerned. However, I called and they were booked. But when I explained what happened they got me right in. Dr Diaz was awesome, adding some humor to the visit, he explained in detail what my problem was, told me about OTC stuff to help my sinuses. There is the credit card issue, but the girl explained to me that was for any insurance out of pocket costs, wasnt to thrilled that they don't inform you of the additional cost, if any, but the entire staff was very friendly and Dr Diaz was great! read more

This is not a review about a doctor. It's about his practice. after I gave my insurance card and ID I was asked for credit card. I was confused so I asked why? I told lady at front desk that I have 50$ co pay and I will pay that with cash. She said it's office policy to have credit card information on file. I refuse because I didn't like the idea that they would have access to my credit card all the time. What they doing is wrong. If they accept my insurance then only they allow to charge me is co payment for visit . She said until I give my credit card I can't see doctor so I walked out. And now I have to find a different doctor. read more
