I recently purchased a vehicle at Horizon Auto Sales in December. They were easy to negotiate with, always a plus. However, 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle It started acting up. So i drove the car the almost 40 miles one 1 to have them look at it. The problem was easy enough to fix. So i thought. Every time I'd leave and get on the highway the car would continue to act up so i'd have to turn around and have them look @ it. They ran a diagnostic and couldn't find the problem so told me to give it a few days. The car still acted up. I called my mechanic and he looked it over, finding the problem within 5 minutes. He duck taped the intake( which of course was the issue). I called horizon several times and also emailed, letting them know they needed to fix this problem because they hadn't and i wasted all that gas driving out there. I never received another response from them. Now on top of this problem, the belts have already gone bad on my car. So I have spent over 300 dollars since December on parts for this car(not even including labor), when I was told everything was brand new and they'd fix whatever I needed ( specifically b/c i was pregnant so it needed to be extra reliable). If you want my advice, make sure you have a written guarantee they will fix something. Otherwise, you are screwed. read more
