The guys came out to inspect and gave us options and recommended a second floor unit. While it was a big financial investment we're happy with how it turned out. It ended up causing some whistling with the first floor unit, but they came out to adjust pieces, give us new vents in the walls, and make sure we were happy with the adjustments. All of their technicians were easy to work with and super courteous. They send you a text when the tech is on their way with a photo of them and a tracker which makes me feel safe if I'm ever home alone when they come. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. Griffin Hall from Good Guys HVAC, during a previous repair, noticed a dangerous issue with the main…read moregas line to my furnace. He observed there was a lot of offset tension on the gas line connection to the furnace due its improper installation when the furnace was originally installed. He used a flexible gas line connector to alleviate the issue (see photo) and was very meticulous to ensure the new pipe had no leaks. Furthermore, he applied additional stabilizers to ensure the pipe was properly secured. I certainly appreciate his attention to detail and his outstanding professionalism to make my furnace safer and more efficient. Griffin Halls demonstrated superior skills and willingness to go the extra distance to help his customers brings great credit upon himself and the Good Guys HVAC company. Was nervous about the a/c compressor as it is dated (99) vs the furnace (06) had a weak capacitor on the furnace but declined it for now an didn't press the issue which I respect as well.
