They were actually the residents of the condo, who do their own yard work, to bring it to an acceptable curb-appeal standard. They pay nearly $300.00 monthly fee which is what I learned at the viewing, but they are doing their own work. Looking at the streets it's clear: broken street signs lying on sidewalks, large chunks of curb scattered, which appear to have been destroyed by winter plowing, and trash, shingles and roof materials here and there...I was told that the roof was done a couple of years ago but what I saw does not indicate "new roof." The owner said some of the units had severe leaks this winter. Makes one wonder about how their monthly fee dollars are being spent. That seems like a lot of money from each owner, for the place to look like it did, and for an apparent new roof to breach. Other develpments I've looked at were a lot more "clean." The condo I looked at was nice... I'd be interested if anyone is willing to give their personal experiences about living here...thanks.

She stayed on the lookout for me and in January the price dropped to $35,000 lower than last year. She notified me and I had an offer to the seller by the end of the day. If she wasnt watching the listings I would have missed the price drop. Mary Ellen knows the Central Mass area really well and treats her buyers like family. Our first impression of Eve did not match her poor performance which followed. We were LIED to about the property she was selling. Why some real estate agents LIE is beyond me?? Wouldn't it be best for them just to be truthful and honest?? Today we are fighting her in court regarding our last property (maybe that's another reason why she was fired after 2 weeks of being employed with this company!). Since our unfortunate dealings with Eve Patterson (while she was briefly with Park Realty), we found an awesome agent (out of Boston) who took much better care of us and understood what we just went through with her. He too, has heard many complaints with regards to her shady real estate dealings. Her track record is terrible and speaks for itself! Come to find out, we recently found out that she lasted with Park Realty for only a couple weeks! So she is not Working for this company anymore allegedly. What does that tell you? Ask her previous employers if you want to inquire about her (lack of) performance history! I don't expect you to take our word for it. Please check for yourselves. I hear she gets fired from every agency that hires her, within weeks! So even her agencies have had it with her shenanigans. That word sums it up. They have been managing a univesity 3 decker building for me now for the past year and so far so good. They usually get back to me on-time, and have a solid team of folks working there at the office. A previous company in a previous property never set foot in our building, had at best a passing knowledge of specifics with our account. Adam P. of Phoenix has a great grasp of the 30 some unit property and many of the oddities that come with an old 1980's schoolhouse condo conversion.
