Rich Rosa was fantastic. My wife and I were searching for a north-of-Boston home while living on…read morethe West Coast and Rich made the process SO much easier. 1) Great communicator with excellent attention to detail 2) Great at anticipating questions and getting you in touch with good professionals for different parts of process (home inspectors, RE lawyers etc) and helping you find a good one. 3) Great at raising questions that a home listing won't tell you (what is the home near/not near? busy street?) 4) He's not just firing his own ideas at you, he listens and works with what YOU want. If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We were a first-time home seller; we thought about trying to sell the house ourselves but…read moreultimately decided to use Joe Romeo, which turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. He marketed our home very well. The pictures online were so good it almost made US want to buy it! Over the course of four days it was shown to 41 perspective buyers, of which 11 made offers - all above our asking price. Joe helped us select the overall best buyer (not based solely on price). Everything was going smoothly until the buyers ran into issues on their end that we could not have foreseen. The closing was repeatedly delayed for one reason the another. Throughout out the delays Joe remained very professional and kept us at ease. Joe's experience and patience were apparent. He understood what was actually happening and explained everything to us clearly & concisely, in a manner that we could understand. Joe guided us when to be patient, then when to be assertive, and finally when it became necessary to get a little aggressive. It was then (February 1st) that they buyers started all over again with a new lender, and from then the process proceeded quickly and without a hitch, closing on the scheduled date of March 3rd... exactly 30 days. Amazing! We can't rave enough about Joe; we are so happy we chose him as our real estate agent and strongly recommend him.

This is the first review that I have ever written that isn't negative!…read more My parents are elderly and live on Lake Singletary in Sutton. Living on the lake is a wonderful experience; unless you have problems with your septic system. Over the past 10 years my parents have met with multiple septic specialists in an effort to obtain title 5 certification in case their home should need to be sold. We received the same advice over and over; the only remedy is a tight tank due to the proximity of the lake. I called Norman Hill at Land Planning and he agreed to meet with me the same day. Norman was polite and knowledgeable. He explained to me that advancements had been made with alternative septic systems, he was confident that he could have plans for a system approved. I was very relieved, yet skeptical. I did reach out for the opinion of other companies in an effort to calm my nerves and I was told repeatedly that the only option was a tight tank. My 'gut' told me to stick with Norman and hope for the best. Norman kept me in the loop through the process as he met with the Sutton Board of Health and Conservation Committee. The end result; Norman got it done! I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Norman. He is a complete professional who gets right to work. I am including a link to Norman presenting to the Town of Sutton https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VO3LpsJmVtA

If you're looking for a surveyor, look somewhere else. I've never hired this company, only been…read moreunfortunate enough to live in an adjacent property to where they were working. Their employees are just downright rude. Stay where you were meant to go and don't enter another persons yard (yard being cut grass, obviously landscaped space). Also, if you're blocking someones driveway, or standing on the edge of it, get the heck out of the way when said person gets home. Also, don't tell them to pull further in so you are not inconvenienced. I get that these people have a job to do, but it should not be done in such a way that the neighbors are ticked off. After all, it takes a lot of work to build a house and it's never a good idea to make the neighbors hate you before you ever move in. This company doesn't care about your future relations with your neighbors, they only care about getting paid.
