Jim is an experienced realtor in this arena and worked with me over many months to get this condo to sell. When it looked like the bank wasn't going to accept the buyer's offer, I made the decision to pull the condo out of the short sale and make up the difference. Jim was there, every step of the way - his patience and expertise were a real plus (I'm not always the easiest person to deal with). His response time to questions is phenomenal - often answered texts within a few minutes, and would always let me know his availability - never left me hanging. Buying/selling a house can be very stressful, but Jim is so on top of the market, he made it a positive experience for me. End result - the condo sold. Thanks Jim!

We haven't bought or sold a home in over 25 years, so we had been out of the real estate market for a while and a lot has changed. Felicia was instrumental in helping us not to become overwhelmed with the process, set realistic goals and set a price point that really made our home stand out. We had multiple offers within hours of listing and our open house resulted in multiple offers well above asking within just four days of being listed. The process of getting to closing was mind boggling but again, Felicia came in clutch here because she is honest, realistic, stays calm when the world around us is going bonkers, and she gives great advice while listening thoroughly. Her experience and help in dealing with the entire process from start to finish was crucial. She will be helping me again in the future. We could not have done this without her.
