Both properties had multiple offers within one week of listing, and sold well above the asking price. I am very pleased with the services that this agency provided.

We met Danielle a year ago while we were moving to MA. She helped us find a place in Woburn (a place we also love). She was awesome. We were so happy with her professionalism and the way she goes above and beyond for her clients, that we called her when the time was right for us to buy a house. Danielle was always available, ready to answer our questions or reach out to the other agent for updates or information. Wonderful agent and wonderful person. We have been recommending Danielle Santos to everyone in need of a real state agent. Rest assured that you won't be disappointed if you work with her.

These condos have more of a house feel rather than a condo. Lots of light and they are spaceous too! They plow and collect the trash and they are always trying to upgrade without raising fees. This is a family and pet friendly neighborhood with great walking areas and playing areas for the kid. Close enough to shopping, mass pike and rte 9. Also close to good schools! I cant recommend these enough! The economy has forced prices down so now would be a great time to buy!

I have questions about living and about buying here. I came to veiw a condo for sale in this…read moredevelopement on a recent beautiful day, and stopped to talk to someone who I thought was a caretaker, raking a yard. They were actually the residents of the condo, who do their own yard work, to bring it to an acceptable curb-appeal standard. They pay nearly $300.00 monthly fee which is what I learned at the viewing, but they are doing their own work. Looking at the streets it's clear: broken street signs lying on sidewalks, large chunks of curb scattered, which appear to have been destroyed by winter plowing, and trash, shingles and roof materials here and there...I was told that the roof was done a couple of years ago but what I saw does not indicate "new roof." The owner said some of the units had severe leaks this winter. Makes one wonder about how their monthly fee dollars are being spent. That seems like a lot of money from each owner, for the place to look like it did, and for an apparent new roof to breach. Other develpments I've looked at were a lot more "clean." The condo I looked at was nice... I'd be interested if anyone is willing to give their personal experiences about living here...thanks.

Muneeza Realty Review…read more We were referred to Muneeza by a mutual acquaintance. From the very first meeting, Muneeza was on point. She visited our home with purpose, told us exactly what needed to be done and why. On her second visit, She gave us a presentation that detailed her entire process. Her team along with Germaine work like a well oiled machine but with plenty of human touch. They were there every time we needed them. We went to contractors which were her referrals (100% transparent and no kickbacks). She provided multiple and we decided after evaluation. They all did a fantastic job. She and Germaine worked tirelessly to stage the house and make it look absolutely gorgeous. In fact we have taken that to heart and decorating our new home much the same way. Our home got sold within 48 hours of open house at above asking price. The open house had 16 families show up which was astounding. I would recommend Muneeza and her team to anyone wanting their home sold. We not only got our home sold but also gained a friend in the process. Our son who wants to work in the real estate space also loves shadowing Muneeza and watch Muneeza and Germaine work their magic!

Deals do not fall through, he attends the home inspections, he negotiates again (if necessary), he ensures that all documents that are required are timely received (such as smoke detectors certificates, leases, etc). Mike is on the ball when it comes to deadlines and communicate well when extensions are needed. He makes my job a lot easier when he is involved.

So we have been dealing with some legal issues with Eve Patterson. And we do NOT recommend you use…read moreher services. Our first impression of Eve did not match her poor performance which followed. We were LIED to about the property she was selling. Why some real estate agents LIE is beyond me?? Wouldn't it be best for them just to be truthful and honest?? Today we are fighting her in court regarding our last property (maybe that's another reason why she was fired after 2 weeks of being employed with this company!). Since our unfortunate dealings with Eve Patterson (while she was briefly with Park Realty), we found an awesome agent (out of Boston) who took much better care of us and understood what we just went through with her. He too, has heard many complaints with regards to her shady real estate dealings. Her track record is terrible and speaks for itself! Come to find out, we recently found out that she lasted with Park Realty for only a couple weeks! So she is not Working for this company anymore allegedly. What does that tell you? Ask her previous employers if you want to inquire about her (lack of) performance history! I don't expect you to take our word for it. Please check for yourselves. I hear she gets fired from every agency that hires her, within weeks! So even her agencies have had it with her shenanigans. That word sums it up. So I will provide some updates as this case progresses. Will write them here. Thank you. God bless.
