He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. My 1st visit felt like an interview - Dr. Campbell spent at least 20min asking me questions, letting me talk and taking notes. THEN she started checking me over. I've had a couple of conditions addressed, some I didn't know I had. If I need to jump in for a quick visit, it's never been over 24hrs to get me in. If I need a prescription refilled and I leave a message, it gets handled the same day, every time. She and Whitney (runs admin) are crazy responsive, friendly and caring! For once, I feel like I'm not a bother to the doctor! My health is the best it's been in years and I can't say enough good things. Bottom line - I thought Purple Flower wasn't a provider listed with my new insurance, so I was simply going to pay out of pocket (for both me and my wife) to remain a patient here. They're that good.
