Appalling customer service and healthcare…read more -On several occasions, I have been made to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment for the doctor to see me. -Nurses unsympathetic and disinterested when I expressed that I had for another appointment and asked when the doctor would be available. -NP Catherine Aslin said she would call me back within 48 hours after my lab work to give me results....she never did -All phone calls got sent to voicemail. -Finally got a call back about lab results more than 2 months after they had been processed. -Person who called me got an attitude when I asked why it took 2 months to get results. -Person who called with lab results did not apologize or attempt to remedy the situation when I told her that I had a poor experience. I will not be returning and I suggest that you get treated elsewhere.

The argument I overheard was so petty about someone parking in a parking space, I got up and left. The staff was very rude and short on the telephone to the person on the other end of the line. They took great joy patting themselves on the back after the phone call was over when the physician hung up on whoever she was speaking to. I would rather take my chances in a 10th grade biology class being treated for whatever I have than come here ever again. Highly unprofessional. Not everyone with a higher education meets the high standards you hold them to and this place and staff fit the bill to a tee. I got up, left, and went to Walgreens instead and got some NyQuil. Congrats, you may have won a petty verbal exchange over the phone but you lost a customer for life.
