Hope is the real deal! As some who has been into fitness my whole life I have tried it all. After putting in the time at the gym and still not seeing the gains I wanted I decided to look for a change. Then comes in the power of social media. Hope has been the best investment I've made in myself. She has so much knowledge both in the gym and nutritionally. I continue to learn so much about my diet that I had no idea before working with her. In the gym, she gives you the perfect balance of tough love and motivation. No work out is ever the same so she keeps your body guessing and that's been tremendous in terms of defining muscle groups I probably previously completely ignored. After almost 6 months of having Hope in my life, there is no chance of letting her out! I do her online training and have never met her personally, but that doesn't affect how personal she makes the sessions and meal plans. She kicks my butt without even being in the room. She is so good about making sure the program fits your needs, and if for some reason you are in a rut she helps you problem solve and find other options. Hope has never used guilt when I've fallen off the motivation wagon and tried to hide. Instead, she continues to reach out with encouragement and new ways to get excited about this lifestyle change, even if that means taking a step back to get back on track. I hired Hope a few months ago with the intentions of trying out her personal training and nutrition expertise. The end goal was to tone and tighten up. I've been so happy with everything she has to provide that I continue to renew my training membership every month, and I don't plan on stopping. She provides incredibly structured work out plans with video examples. Her workouts are unique, never boring, and they keep me sweating like crazy. She does a great job keeping me honest by checking in regularly, answering questions, and requiring weekly status updates (progress pictures.) Hope is absolutely amazing! I have never been a fan of working out and have never had a trainer, so I must say I was quite intimidated when I met Hope but she instantly changed all that! She's easy to talk to and truly cares about what your personal goals are with your fitness regimen. Her workouts are tough but in the best way possible! OMG! Prior to finding Hope I was researching trainers who not only looked the part, but someone who was professional (as in returns my emails and texts, etc.), knowledgeable, and personable. As a Latina, culturally speaking curves are always encouraged but I knew I was carrying way more than I could on my petite frame. I reached out to Hope and what I got was someone who cares and really knows what she is doing. I've been training with Hope for about 4 weeks and she has really made a difference in my results. I was very active and in pretty good shape before working with her but had hit a plateau that I just couldn't move beyond. Within a week of working with Hope, I could see and feel that my body was progressing rapidly. She makes the most of our 30 min sessions and I leave feeling like I accomplished something great! I am on 5th session and I find myself looking forward to the workouts! Her training always leaves me feeling accomplished at the end of the day!!!! Not only is she teaching me the importance of proper form and breathing (which I tend to forget to engage) she is taking her time to really understand my eating habits. I first started to work with Hope Beel to get a nicer booty. Her 30 day booty challenge was great. I saw huge results in the end of the challenge. And decided to keep training with Hope online. I have worked with other trainers but nobody compares to Hope. She cares, and her work outs gives result.
