I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. But since that wasn't my decision and I agree its kind of stupid, I didn't mind his loathing. He was extremely personable and straight to the point. Which I appreciated. Unfortunately it was the afternoon when they came out. And with this being in the attic, it was going to take longer. So he wasn't able to fix it that day.
