Me and my girl were in a different other Hooters at the Golfcoast, and expected the same great experience. But we left disappointed. We choose a table outside, but it was so loud, we could barley talk or understand each other. Out waitress Jennifer gave us a warm welcome, but then barley appeared again at our table. We ordered food for two and the first plate came pretty fast after minutes but was cold. The second plate wasnt brought for over half an hour. We returned the first cold one and again had to wait about another 20 minutes, till everything arrived. After that, we got offered a discount, but the service was still bad. Jennifer kept staying behind the bar and chatting with colleagues, instead of getting us cutlery or a refill for our siftdrinks. We had to ask the different other Hooter Girls for everything. She was pretty fast back at our table, when it came to the check. After minutes she again came to our table and interruptted our conversation to ask for the tip... If I could give it 0 stars I could. Every now and then my family craves hooters when you eat in the restaurant is good but when you order to go it's a mess. From ordering the food the girls who pick up the phone have a nasty attitude and if you order "too much" they will start getting mad at you. They never give an estimated time they always say 20 min and when you arrive there they make you wait 40+ minutes. I always try to check that everything that I order comes in my bags and I have never had an order where I have nothing missing. if i can give it 0 i would. this is my very first review on a place & i had to make sure it's on this place. First off when we got there we waited 30 minutes before i had to get someone attention & let them know that no one has got to us. not only that but the tables were dirty, wet & sticky. whatever, after finally placing in our food & drink orders we were waiting when a cockroach landed right in the middle of the table. Me & my two friends were just standing around waiting for someone to notice but NOTHING. I went up to one of the workers & let her know what happened, she turned to me said " oh i'm sorry " & proceeded to do whatever she was doing on a tablet. My dad and I love coming to Hooters, and the food in this location is always great. However, when we sat down, a waitress named Lileani told us to give her 5 minutes. We patiently waited the 5 minutes for her to come back and take our order, at which point she came and told us that she was busy and with a pretty nasty attitude told us that we can wait another 5 minutes for her to help us or that we can move to another seat. We were shocked because her section did not seem that busy and we had already patiently waited a decent amount of time for her to take our order. This place is a shell of itself old self. Came here with my boss, they took 40 minutes to bring us our food. Wings came out dripping in oil. Super hot. We could barely hold them. Others had their food way before us. My guess is when you order wings hot and naked bone-in and the time we entered, 11:30AM, they must not have had a batch ready yet--however, this isn't the first time this happens to me at this location. OK, most Hooters are pretty much the same. This one in the Doral area packs them in for lunch and has indoor and outdoor seating. It's a large, clean nice Hooters with many TV's tuned into sports. This hooters location is great. Very spacious and indoor and outdoor seating available. There are TV's everywhere with some sporting event on and also items for purchasing like shirts cups, etc. The menu is pretty decent but most people come for the wings. I personally don't care for fried wings but their wings are pretty good. Their snow crablegs are delicious and most of the time their so sweet that I can eat them just like that, no butter or cocktail sauce, real shocker for me.I really enjoy coming here for their oysters though. There always chilled, big, and come with not only cocktail sauce but horseradish as well which is my fav to put on oysters. The atmosphere is loud but in a good way and as it should be. I prefer sitting in the booths which are very comfy and all have perfect view of the TV's. They also have some great nights to come. So far Tuesday is great, they have bike night and even a DJ that plays some great tunes. They have great drink specials to. Quick tip, come early because parking becomes scarce but there's still parking available on the outskirts. read more

went there on a sunday evening. got to the door at around 10:48pm the sign says they close at 11:00pm. as soon as we walked in we already felt un welcomed. had to ask if we can still be seated. one server said she will ask the manager. one server said that we can pick whatever table we like. so we sat down while the other servers clearly looked puzzled why we were still gonna eat. server kathy or kat came up to our table. (forgot the correct name) she was super polite and began taking our order. one server ran to our table and said "i'm sorry the manager said we cannot take tables anymore!" server kathy who tried to take our order looked really surprised that the other server said that. so we got up and left..... i was thinking, did this thing really just happened!? i asked for a manager and someone showed up by the front door. he said he is the manager, his name is roger. had a long beard, surprised why they would allow someone to sport a long beard if you are working as a manager at a place that serves food. i asked him why were we refused service? guess what he said? Well, no news that Hooters is a sports bar with some standard food selections, which by the way are not bad at all (Fish and Chips is excellent, wings too). I have been to many Hooters, usually because friends from out of town want to try one (most are foreigners), and they mostly like it. I definitively could give it a 4 star rating, but one thing annoys me... the service. The premise is to have good looking girls dressed in shorts and tank tops cheering up the crowds of single young men (so they stay longer and spend a lot of money on beer and appetizers). And here is it where it fails. Invariably, most of the time, the waitress are stern, never smile, and act like they are the center of the horny male universe.. with disdain. Why? They are supposed to be bubbly and nice and friendly and smiling... but they are the opposite. I get friendlier service at the local church charity lunch.... from the nuns. In summary: good food, fun patrons, lot's of TVs to watch whatever sport... but service is lacking. Suggestion to patrons: start leaving low tips (or no tips), and when the waitress asks you why such a stingy tip be honest, say that a smile and and attitude that shows that you are a valued customer would make a world of a difference. Well its your basic sports bar. This one is perhaps the most popular Hooters in the world, is it the food, is it the location, a combination. The food is fresh, the service was impeccable. Our server kept back on coming at the right time to replenish the drinks. I ordered the ceasar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection leaving it moist on the inside. Now the romaine lettuce a little damaged on a couple of leaves but what can you do sometimes. The server followed the meal request from my friend done to a tee. Second time and I struck out again. Won't be going back a third time. Bayside Hooters is so much better, even with the auto gratuity. Don't sit at the bar. The waitresses have a horrible habit of ignoring you, even when you are within arm's reach of them. First time food came out okay and timely, waitress never came back to check on me or refill my drink, and took and additional 20 minutes to get her to bring me the check while she was in the back room eating and playing on her phone. Second time and three weeks later, got the same waitress, maybe she had a rough time when I was last there...yeah right. This time asked me for my drink and appetizer, came out promptly. I assumed while I was working my way through the appetizer, she would ask me what I would like to have for the main course. That never happened. She did the same thing again, disappearing and walking past me without saying a word. I was done with my app for a good 15 minutes and still no service. I got one of the mangers to close my tab and I took my business to Burger King. Best 7 dollars I have ever spent. Sadly, there was an older gentleman sitting at the bar next to me, and he was being ignored just as well, but I look across on the other side of the bar, there was a semi-handsome guy and he seemed to be getting better service. I'm sure inside there are pretty ladies to look at, big TVs to watch people hit each other, etc. But I ordered on the phone, and you know how sometimes you call a place and it you finish the conversation and can only go..."...well then..."....that's pretty much how that is for this place. In the middle of the convo, I think I asked for some sauce, and the girl hung up on me. Must be a code word sauce for "we're done here" or something that I said. I apologize angry lady who took my order, I did not know. I went to pick up my order an hour later, about 8 or so wings and some fries, and it still wasn't ready, must've been a busy day. Finally got it. No napkins, so I twiddled my thumbs until someone came back towards me, then asked for some. I grew 3 gray strands of hair waiting for 4 napkins, I counted. The wings were decent. Sometimes you just need a cold beer and some chicken wings... And this is the best place to go. I've tried different places for their wings and Hooters definitely has the meaty wings ( if someone knows of another place, let me know PLEASE!!!!) They have a big outdoor seating area which is where I like to sit when I go. During the weekend, it gets packed and sometimes the parking can be a nightmare since you have Walmart right next to it. The plus as you wait... Bar is right there, so grab a pitcher and wait for your table. Service here is either hit or miss. I've gotten great waitresses that are very attentive and some that only pay attention to the tables with all men. They usually don't mess up my order and food does come out pretty quickly. I don't like sitting inside too much bc it seems a bit too loud and people are literally sitting very very close. Mixed drinks are also a hit and miss. These aren't professional bartendars, so sometimes there's a splash of alcohol in my drink and other times there's a little more.... My suggestion: Stick with the beer, you'll end up saving some money. This is definitely a good place to hang out with friends, drink some beer and have some yummy chicken wings. Been going to this location out of convenience for years. They have been steadily spiraling down hill. My most resent visit the waitresses were all too busy talking with friends that arrived rather than taking care of the patrons. It was a romper room (including pink football tossing). CS, If you check your video of 10/18/2019 between 16:30 and 17:30 you'll see what I mean. Basically had to chase the Hostess to get a drink. See what friends and I notice about this time there is the shift change which means the girls leaving don't what to start a service that will be passed along to another waitress. Could be wrong but that's how it appears. Lastly the managers are in their own lala land. Passed by right the entire situation with out a flinch. Really disappointing.......
