After having an experience with discrimination at Hooters in Hornlake MS a friend assured us we would be welcome and invited us to come in. Within five minutes of entering a manager came by and barred my interracial family from returning. We went across the block and were greeted and served graciously at Grand Buffet. No matter how often we experience discrimination it is always a disturbing experience. read more

Awful service. We were there for two hours and I saw the waitress about three times - she hardly could be bothered to come around to service the table, and we were a party of seven. But what was so irritating that prompted me to even write this review is because I just got back the charge from the credit card company. I gave a 16% tip, and yet somehow they managed to pay themselves 20% instead! Did they not think I'd notice? I will be contesting the charge, but if you'd rather not deal with underhanded petty fraud by mediocre waitresses, then don't come here. read more

Haven't been to hooters in years. The place is older but clean and friendly. Sat at the bar and Kodie was fun and engaging. First time I had the Daytona wings. Good, but not spicy enough for me. Next time I had the regular wings with a spicy garlic sauce and grilled shrimp with the garlic habenaro dry rub. Both were great. read more

I wanted to give a huge shout out to our waitress from yesterday, Bre. We don't have a Hooters in Huntsville, AL anymore and my boys were super excited to find out that there was a Hooters that we could visit on our trip to Memphis to celebrate their Christmas gift (Grizzlies Basketball game). Bre got us everything we needed, there was was never an empty glass, and the food was top notch. Bre not only brought games over for my boys to play but she went a step further and played the game with my youngest. His trip was made! It's rare to have someone give such excellent service and attention to detail. Jessica, the supervisor, also stopped but I ensure we had everything we needed and that our experience was going well! Just a great group of women all around! read more

service sucks unless you get Leslie, bartender, Kodis is absolutely terrible and Jessica ( manager) has been told several times about her incompetence! Everytime I come, Kodie manages to have to give me credit for slushed done wrong! this is insane jessica, she's running your customers off , about 6 people told me today how incompetent she is and screwed their visit up to? Traveling for work. Came in to eat and watch the TNF game. Waited almost 20 minutes for a beer at the bar with 5 people sitting. The guy next to me ordered food, received it, and started eating. I was getting up to walk out when she finally took my drink order. Now the bartender is walking around saying "I hate this place" and complaining about her job and everyone in it because of some scheduling conflict. Seems like you have to be a regular here to get service. She had a badge on that said "trainer". . . God I hope not. read more

Stopped by a couple of days ago for a beer and some wings. The food was great and the service was even better my waitress Emma suggested the smoked wings and they are definitely a must try! Definitely recommend this place, if you go as for Emma she is the best! read more

Might be the worst Hooters ever. Been here three nights in a row for lack of better options. Girls are unmotivated to say the least. The food is ...ok at best. Combine the two. First night took me 15 minutes to find my waitress. All the girls just hanging out at the table when you walk in. Third night, most of the girls at the same table with the creepy old guys. There are some good people here, don't get me wrong. Seems to be a fundamental part due with ownership/ management! Had pictures of them all just hanging out at the table, can't find them now. Anyway, come at your risk. It's gonna be hit or miss. Even for a Hooters...John Daly would be ashamed. read more

I placed an order over the phone at 2:15. Pick up time was 2:49. I arrived at 3:11 and it wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes before I got it. What is the point in placing a pickup order if you have to wait the same amount of time that I would if I was eating in the restaurant?! Ridiculous. I feel like they didn't put the order in until I arrived. Terrible service. read more

I am adding Hooters to my favorite wing places. Seriously, why did it take me so long to go to Hooters again? They did close the closest one to me, but that's no excuse. This is a great place for wings and to watch sports....plus have a gorgeous woman wait on you. On Mondays, it is all you can eat wing night. And I certainly got my money's worth! I went with the naked wing at $15.99 just to dodge fried foods. I love the Daytona Beach! There is not another sauce like it! It is similar to a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. My other favorite flavor is the Habanero BBQ. It is a thick and tangy BBQ sauce with minimal habanero flavor, but it does pack a peppery punch after eating one. I also had the Chipotle Honey, which was good. It was more Honey than Chipotle. The other flavor I had was the Cajun. I did not enjoy it. It was not much of a sauce and it had too much thyme to it. Also, if I lived in the area, I think I would apply to work here so I could be near my hopeful she- doesn't-know- it-yet-love-at-first-sight bride. Don't judge me haha read more

I have been here several times and am now ready to review it. I like the layout of the restaurant and with all the TVs, and the wings, you can't pick a better place to eat at. What better place to come and watch your favorite sports, have a cold beer, eat some delicious chicken wings and have a nice waitress with a smile to take care of you after a hard days work. How cool is that. The customer service has been excellent every time. My waitress today was even better than last time. I can tell she really likes her job. She made sure my drinks were full and gave me complete satisfaction of my visit to this restaurant. She checked on me numerous times. She even brought over some deserts for me to choose from. Menu items ordered: smoked Texas Barbque wings, curly fries, celery and a Pepsi. I highly recommend these smoked Texas BBQ wings. They were absolutely delicious as they were cooked perfect. They were so tender and had the right amount of bbq sauce. read more

First time visiting this location. I must just say I had a great experience considering the state of today's workforce today. Hubby and I decided to stop here because we had never been to one and I thought that the owner of the entire series said in Undercover Boss that he was going to lengthen the shorts in order to make the restaurant more family friendly. Apparently not. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Hubby got Mango Iced Tea (I don't like tea though) and we got the Buffalo Chicken Dip as well. The dip was ok, but not as good as one my friend made using Frank's Hot Sauce. That's just a personal preference though. It was pretty good. We also got some wings since people seem to rave about the chicken here. We thought we asked for boneless, but apparently not. I ordered some boneless while hubby tackled the bone-in ones. The parmesan garlic were my favorite even though I hate bone-in. I wasn't impressed with the buffalo, either boneless or bone-in. Honestly, I just wasn't that impressed and I was insulted by the outfits the girls were required to wear. I will stick with getting my wings at Buffalo Wild Wings- they don't come with a mandatory side of sexism there. Liked: Parmesan Garlic Wings (bone-in) Ok: Buffalo Chicken Dip Buffalo wings (boneless) Dislike: Mango Iced Tea Hot Wings (Buffalo, bone-in) read more

Restaurant was really busy on a Sunday the wait time was not long. Good food, fast and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend

Food was not good. Took an hour for us to get our food and waitress barely came over to check on us.

We had a good experience at Hooters. I thought my original with Cajun rub wings were great but my husband got the boneless with Cajun rub and they tasted very different. The breading on the boneless maybe? I don't know why it was different. But our waitress was great and the restaurant was clean! read more

The staff was in shift change but that didn't stop the hostess Anna from getting us a seat. She was courteous and sweet as icing! She got us drinks quick and took our order too. I have been eating at Hooters locations around the country since the early 90s. Some of the locations no longer have that Hooters feel to them. That is not the case at this location. Warm welcome, clean restaurant, excellent service and the food was fresh and prompt. Mary Anne was my Hooter Girl and she stayed on top of things making sure my order was correct and checking on refills. The manager came by the table several times to check on things as well.. Great locations with a real Hooters Feel.. this location gets it...!!! read more

Tonight I placed a delivery order. When I received my order, part of it was missing. I tried calling the store for 30 minutes before finally speaking to the manager who could care less. She indicated that I could come to the store to pick-up the missing items and attempted to blame it on the delivery service. The delivery service does not package the food. I didn't get all of my order and the manager was very unfriendly.... read more

All i can say is try them out you will love it there!! Just come by and pick me up as well lol, cause I love going there.

Stopped by for a visit and some boneless wings with fries and beer. Not sure if it was just this location, or all of them, but the boneless wings were different. The breading was thicker than normal and seemed like they were prebreaded and frozen. Not sure though, but definitely different than prior visits to Hooters. The food was hot and delivered promptly. Service was fine, just the wings were off in their appearance, texture, and taste. read more

Remember when Hooters' waitresses were super hot? Well, in order to see them you're going to need a Delorean cause you ain't gonna find them here. Menu is a little better and healthier. Food is pretty good too. However, I don't think I've seen the same waitress twice in the times I've visited here. So, here's to the 80's and the mammaries, I mean, memories, of what Hooters used to be. Still better than KFC. read more

2 stars for warm beer and a clueless waitress. Seriously, you expect cold beer from Hooters! We went from draft to bottles. Still warm! I ordered blackened shrimp, I got grilled shrimp. She even asked me twice how I wanted my shrimp! Overall, a disappointing experience. read more

Ordered food via BiteSquad so this is more of a food review. My husband and son liked the wings which is a plus since that's what Hooters is known for. I on the other hand went with the Fish and Chips...pretty big portion. The fish was decent but I was a little bummed about the fries portion and the coleslaw looked more like a salad mix. I was also missing the cheesecake we ordered. read more
