Was brought here for a surprise dinner. While I really don't condone objectified women in skimpy outfits, I thought the food would at least be something edible. But WOW was I wrong. I had the chicken wings and the onion rings. The onion rings were soggy (but they were fried?) and the chicken wings were drier than the Sahara, tasted old, and felt off. I was sitting at the bar and ordered a few appetizers but the people who sat next to me 30 min after I got there received their food first then when I told the bartender to cancel one of the appetizers, she looked displeased and didn't care to communicate with me or my friends throughout the rest of our stay. Another bartender took care of us by taking our payment. I'm a waitress myself and I know good customer service when I see it and believe me this wasn't even average service. This is first time at this location and it was awesome I ordered a spicy shrimp appetizer it was delish though I wish it came with more shrimp for the money. I ordered the amazingly cheesy Philly cheese steak as my main course I loved every drop. The cheese was warm and gooey full of flavor and there was enough steak to feed all four of us. Kudos to the kitchen staff. The service was simply OK because after sitting us she kind of disappeared for a bit. I went to pick up Hooters yesterday - I used to love this place - it was pretty busy for the corona period but not at all for a regular sunny afternoon. I ordered over $50 worth of food and when I came in to pick up up after driving a long way - I can't just tell that something was wrong. The waitress was mad and irritated. There were people waiting to pay. Found out the credit card machine wansnt working and they only accepted cash. I would have walked out but I order I was jonesing for some buffalo shrimp. After waiting for an hour they and my kid being hungry as heck - one waitress offer to let us sit and eat but the irritated one said no that the machine was finally up.y daughter heard her curse a bunch of times to other waitress and about other customers. They had a hard time using my gift card and I had to use another payment. Now I understand how that irritated waitress feel because the manager was not nice or helpful at all - he told he to call the 800 number and complain. My food was cold and soggy - I was mad and irritated. I came home tried a few bites and threw it away. Didn't even complain that they messed up on my order. For a Hialeah location, bar food, and drinks, this place isn't too bad. I feel the food is always pretty solid for bar food. I've had many items on their menu and it's fairly good. The chicken quesadillas are great, it has tons of chicken, and large chunks of it with cheese. The fried shrimp is good also, and a few of them. You can always pick the sauce of your choice. I've tried their mahi sandwich which is great in my opinion. The fish tasted fresh even if it might not be, the cole slaw is amazing. The fish tacos, tad bit spicy, are also very good. Drinks are okay, you can't go wrong with beer but as far as other drinks it really depends on your server. If you ask for a margarita, you could always taste the cheap tequila though. Service is a hit or miss, depends on your server. You might get someone who's very attentive or someone who is not. I prefer this place over Hialeah Flanigans or Chili's. read more

My favorite wings are definitely Hooters with Medium Sauce but I have to say that I wasn't impressed with the service. it was a Monday around 3pm so wasn't busy and our food took 25 minutes to come out (medium chicken wings, lemon pepper chicken wings and cheese fries) our waitress (ellie?) came around once and spent the rest of her time flirting with some guy at the bar. took 20 minutes to get a refill because we couldn't get her attention. Had to ask the server we saw all the time to please find our waitress so we could get refills. When we asked for the check, she said she would be right back. 10 minutes later she was just hanging at the bar still flirting. She didn't deserve a tip but lucky for her I used to be a waitress so I tipped anyways, but it wasn't very good! The food was great but service wasn't very good. Very nice location. Its brand new so everything is clean. Staff is friendly and service is good. Lots of large tvs throughout. Seats are very comfortable, not the regular stools in other locations, chairs and stools have cushions and backrests. The bar has cushioned armrests as well. read more

Great service, food was on par with other hooters. What really got me to like this location especially was I had asked for a black and tan and they didn't have it and moments later a manager stopped by and introduced me to a black and blue (Guiness and Blue Moon) which was awesome. Went last night and was served by Kristine. The service was terrible which is a shame because the last time we came we received great service. When we asked her what kind of light beers they had on draft her response was "corona"??? That wouldn't be a big deal if she was nice but she wasn't. She looked annoyed by the tables she was serving which I'm surprised because the only thing she did was take our order. Best Hooters for food quality in Miami. I've been several times and the food is consistently good as far as Hooters go. Wings on point, drinks on point, burgers & seafood delicious. We went on a Monday night, during a football double header. Not as trashy as the cesspool of Flannigans down by the other side of town, but enough to impress and one to have a great time. Selection of alcohol was a bit sub-par for what franchise restaurants in the Hialeah area are normally to carry. Your traditional drafts beers are in place. Wings were great. Service by our waitress was phenomenal, and here I was thinking the ratchet and informal view of the city would reflect here and it didn't disappoint. Granted, it is a tad bit smaller In terms of space (larger Hooters at Doral) so I wouldn't come here on a weekend when a big Boxing/UFC fight here, but Dolphin, Hurricane, and Heat games sound like fun here with all the specials they have going for sports on tv. This location is loud, the patrons can be obnoxious, but this is what you expect and it's a welcoming place if you're used to the lifestyle. The staff speaks English, the food is consistent with other hooters and it's a damn good place to watch a game. But the service is rough to say the least. The young girls who work there are bilingual and pretty but some of them need guidance in how to serve customers. They're not rude! Not even a bit! But you can tell the ones who have, just do, and the ones who don't go without support to help them improve. Maybe the managers should do more than spend time in one spot and be active participants so that I won't feel cheated when it comes time to tip. read more

Meanwhile, establishing myself as a local there the gals are nice, attentive and lively. Plenty of screens everywhere to catch a game or few. There is an indoor and outdoor seating with high tops and booths. The food? Well, who comes to hooters for food?
