Meh. If you like mediocre food rude bartenders but cold beer this is probably your place. If you are a local and they know you your level of service is 110% better. Bartender spent most of her time putting on make up and talking to her friends sitting at the bar. Ordered shrimp tacos. Ok I guess. Nothing special. Skimpy on the shrimp. Tried to pay twice but she was busy applying lipstick...She comes takes my card. Walks over to her friends. Sits my card on bar and starts showing them pictures of something on her phone. I guess that was more important. O well. Just another mediocre place in destin. There are some great places so skip this one. Unless your at Walmart and get hungry for lunch like I did. read more

I ordered 20 smoked wings and i have never seen such tiny wings in my life. They were maybe 2 inches long and hardly had any meat on them. Pretty sad for a place that specializes in wings. Good flavor but I just felt jipped. read more

Who knows? Waiting for food. Sat at bar. I've never seen so many people in a kitchen stand around and do nothing for so long while so many people waited for food. The beer kept flowing. The bar tender was working hard but the snails pace of the kitchen was a sight to see. Two star seems very standard for this place so clearly management doesn't care at all. The bartender was very nice and very professional. Tori. read more

no wonder all of these are going out of business. food is trash. service is worse. Megan has to be the worst waitress with the absolute worst attitude i've ever had. what sucks is i used to love hooters. once a week regular, at least. never again after today. thank you megan. read more

Was greeted instantly, made me feel welcome. I had the Boneless 10 Pc wings with curly fries and my company had a 20 pc Bone - In Wing. I had lemon pepper and garlic parmesan seasoning on my wings. They weren't good, but they weren't bad. They first brought out the 20 pc and the fries, and forgot my food. Overall the wings were Mediocre and the service was kind of trash. Our waitress, Sarah didn't bring our food out and she only checked up on us when we arrived and when the food was brought to us. It wasn't busy at all. Overall I won't be coming back to Hooters, to sum it up. Trash service and Mediocre food, but good prices. read more

Went with our baseball family after a game and had about 30-40 people. The boys wanted some wings and the wait staff was stating how they didn't want to wait on us. They told us they couldn't accommodate us unless we sat 20 at once and the other half an hour later. Keep in mind their restaurant was empty. All worked out as we had way better service and food at the Back Porch. read more

Just plain nasty wings ever. I have not been to a Hooters in a long time And this place left a bad taste in my mouth, literally to where I probably won't go to Hooters again. I was in Destin from out of town to visit family and on my way back to my campground stopped in to order some wings to go and had a beer while I waited. The bartender was friendly enough, but was more interested in lounging by the cash register, talking with regulars. because I was at the bar I can see the cooks in the back who had a long dreadlocks with nothing covering them cooking the wings. I should've known then. When the bart brought the wings, I opened up and saw 10 scrawny wings just thrown into the box with no attempt at presentation whatsoever. But as I always liked the wings at Hooters, I was looking forward to chowing down on them when I got back to the campground. I walked out having dished out $30 plus tip for 10 wings and a beer, which I thought was really steep. But I was still hopefully to a nice splurge on some wings. When I got back to the camper, I dug into what was the most disgusting bite of what I guess they call wings. Most of the bones were broken to where I had to be careful to avoid slivers. Because the bones were broken there was black streaks of marrow througout making it very unappetizing. If I wasn't on a two week trip traveling, I would've gone back, paid the toll to get there and demanded to see the manager. But as it is, I just wrote it off as an epic loss to what was an otherwise delightful day seeing family on the beach. read more

My wife and I love Hot wings. We always try to go get some good wings when we travel. Our favorite wings come from Fricker's and Rooster' s both located in Ohio. We are familiar with Hooters because they have locations in Ohio also. We went to the Destin location and when we walked it the hostess started to seat us then all of a sudden said no I sorry I made a mistake there is a 30 min wait. (Several tables were empty). We said ok can we get a drink at the bar, she said yes. Told us to wait in there outside area and they would call us. We did as directed and 40 min later we went to check with her and saw our name had been crossed off the list! Things just got worse from here. We did get our wings and they were good. But the service was so bad we felt like we were not welcome there. WE WILL NOT GO TO DESTIN HOOTERS AGAIN. If they don't want our money I am happy to oblige! read more

We walked in and waited to be seated just to walk out. No one came and there were several people ahead of us waiting to be seated.

Rude ass waitress Tori! Took 30 plus minutes to get our food. Then while she was placing the food on the table as it came out my wife made a sigh of relief and said that took forever, and the waitress said that wasn't long it wasn't an hour. If it was then you could be mad! Me and my wife just looked at each other in a little shock like did she just say that?!? But after that she never came back to check on us. Drinks were all empty, out of ranch... You get the ideal. I won't be back to this Hooters. Wings were good though. Service sucked! Terrible service. And by terrible, non existent. Got seated and waited 20 minutes, finally got up and and left and then server that has walked passed us several times came up to me only to claim that she didn't see us.. and blamed the bartender that she was unaware because she wasn't told she had a table . Even though we were sat next to a both she was serving. Ridiculous. The manager was nice but honestly probably didn't care as soon as he walked back into the kitchen. Pregnant bartender was the only one working hard. Never again. Can't say about the food because I never got that far 0/5 stars read more

Pretty sad when a Hooters gets two stars. We were tired and hungry after a day at the beach and thought it was a slam dunk when we drove by the Hooters. Well.....I should have looked at Yelp reviews first. The reviews are pretty indicative of our service. We walked in on a Friday night and it was only half full. So service should be great!! Wrong!!! We met our waitress ( Devrie also known on her name tag as "Orangello" ). This is where our experience came crashing to a burn. Devrie was obviously interested in anything else than being a waitress. I can say this because I waited tables in college and the better service you give the better chance of higher tips. She was a robot asking for order and never smiled or even attempted to be friendly ONCE! We had to track her down in a slow restaurant to refill our drinks. The kids had boneless wings and I had traditional wings and fries. My better half had the Texas Philly cheesesteak. Her sandwich was not just horrible but as she said "gross". I had a bite and agreed. The only reason for the two stars instead of one star is that my wings were good. As well as the kids. Hey Hooters always knows how to make good wings. They invented it. My tip reflected the crappy, unfriendly and rushed service I got from our waitress. In a busy tourist town you could make so much extra money on tips if you just faked caring. read more

I've been back twice since my last review, both on Sundays for NFL. The first time it was an outside visit again and it was packed due to a big NFC South rivalry game. Service was abysmally slow (staffing problem; the girls were upbeat and running like crazy) and some of us never even got to order drinks, but many of the customers were being d!cks anyway. The second time we got there a little early, sat inside, and the place didn't start filling up until almost an hour after kickoff. But Rachael was our server again and as usual she did a fantastic job. I noticed that everyone inside the restaurant seemed to be well taken care off and management was checking on tables, assigning games to televisions and talking football. So I'm starting to think that the patio is the nightmare area for this place. Ups and downs aside, you can't deny that Hooters is a good place for watching sports, with lots of beer, fried food and pretty girls. They have a good crew here. read more

idek how this place is still open. they are so rude and disorganized. we had a group of 17 they never put us down said it'd be a 45 min wait all fine you know. then they just sat down a party of ten at the tables they said were ours. then they proceeded to tell us that 10 and 17 were just two different numbers. like what. and don't even get me started on the bathroom. it was absolutely disgusting one toilet was missing a seat, the floors were covered in water from who knows where and wet toilet paper everywhere. it was so run down and gross. only one paper towel thing worked. there was nothing good about this place. the waiters were so rude and called my family rude names and idk it was just so disrespectful and disappointing. i wish no one would waste their money here. read more

This Hooters is by far the worst. The lady at the front is very rude. Doesn't care to be here, doesn't care about customer service. If you don't like your job then find something better. This by far was the worst hooter experience ive ever experienced!!!!! If there was a option for no stars. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog! 1. The host had no customer experience whatsoever! I had a party of 6. We get to the host table to get seated and she doesn't greet you nor does she use eye contact. Talking to her was like pulling teeth! I mean she seemed to be in bewilderment the Entire time. Keep in mind it was not busy as all! After we give her our name, she says okay we have your name! I'm waiting for some form or communication to how I'm going to know when we will be contacted to get seated. Pure silence. 2. After standing in the place for 45 min looking at the same empty tables there were when we got there. The Host then decides to seat us. After being seated the waitress comes to get the drink orders and we specifically asked to have frozen drink. She got the drinks mixed up and brought out what appeared to look like ice floating on top of the drink crushed up. I thought to myself would you drink this? Pure disgusting! 3. Next we got appetizers this was the only thing that was good! 4. After receiving our appetizers we had to wait over 2 hours and a half hours to receive our entree! When dealing with the waitress I had to ask her to check to see how much longer it would be before we got our food! And every time she would come back it was like "while we wait" response. In my head I'm thinking how long are we going to have to wait. Mind you others have come in and gotten their food and left when we were there before them. It's not all her fault on why our food didn't come out in time. However, when we did receive our food it was wrong, cold, and Raw! 5. They are sending out raw chicken! did I really wait 2 hours and a half hours to get cold raw ass chicken? 6. The Manager never came out to speak to us about this service! The waitress excuse for this entire experience was that the kitchen was really slammed, covid, short staff, ect. I had to ask her to go and check on our food as she and other waitresses had to wait around for food to get done! I mean its sad they have to go through that however, its not my problem to understand the short coming of this restaurant!!! my family and I will never be back to this place!!!! I highly recommend that you keep driving to another place of business! It is not worth it. I am very disappointed with Hooters. read more

Jasmine was a great server. Got a seat right away. Food was on time and good! We went at 5pm on Monday.

Wow! This place was atrocious. Poor service. Long wait. Dirty bathrooms. We waited over an hour for our table when we were told 30 minutes. Then it took 15 minutes to have a waitress come to our table. Another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. Then when our food came at the 1hr 10 minute mark (yes, I used a stop watch) one of the people in the party didn't even receive their food until everyone was already finished. We never received our 20 piece wrong order or another side item. The waitress we had (Megan) was nice, but serving is not her Forte. Social distancing was in effect, so only 1/2 the number of tables were even being utilized. Aside from the service, the bathrooms had feces on/in the toilet, and there was no toilet paper in the stalls. Never, ever would I recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of other places in Destin to spend your money! read more

When you come in it takes forever before someone come and asks you how many. Then they lie and say it will be a hour wait. That was a lie just to get people to leave. when we finally got seated we sat here for maybe five minutes before she came and asked us what we wanted to drink. Then finally got most of our drinks but one and it was probably ten minutes before we got our last drink. We waited about 20 to 25 minutes before we got our food. When we did get our food it wasn't even correct. They didn't even give us all our food. I Do not recommend this place it is horrible. read more

By far worst Hooters I've been to in my lifetime. We came with a party of 9 to get some wings. The restaurant was mostly empty apart from a few patrons sitting at the bar. Service was WAAYY too slow for a restaurant fully staffed with 90% tables open. It took them an hour and 45 minutes until we were all served our food. The 3 measly appetizers took over 30min and the food/wings were all over cooked. The staff didn't seem welcoming at all like most Hooters. The Employee's had no conversation aim with customers whatsoever, they all looked like they didn't want to be there. Almost as if we were an inconvenience for eating there and making them work? We thought it would be fun to go to Hooters since we all haven't been in years so the collective idea took a hard L. This isn't the Hooters we remembered. It will be hard sale to convince me to try Hooters at all again. read more

Extremely disappointed. Understaffed restaurant, people at the door waiting 10-15 minutes to be seated when it's clearly not busy. I ordered food and it took 45 minutes to get it. I was seated promptly, food came out very fast, and was very good, beer was cold, service was excellent.

Let me start off by saying I'm a regular at Hooters. I've eaten at every Hooters in Houston, Austin, & SA. I've eaten at Hooters in Miami, Clearwater, & now Destin; as far as wings, this place was great! Their sauce was so good for some reason, but there were a few small wings throw in there. We ordered 3 Mile, Hot, & Mild with curly fries and everything came out hot and nice. The only problem with this place was the service. Lousy! We tried ordering "bently" because we do in Houston all the time, but the waitress had no idea what we were talking about. The manager was in the area and when we asked, he shrugged us off and had a rude tone. Another time my dad tried to flag down the manager who was looking point blank in our direction and the manager proceeded to watch the game on TV and ignore my dad calling out "Sir" and waving at him. By far the worst manager at any Hooters I've ever been to, they're usually so friendly and nice, but this guy gave off a bad vibe & just seemed like a jerk. Another issue was dirty plates brought out to us, my sister went to ask for more plates and a waitress completely ignored her, I'm assuming because she's a child. Customer service was enough for me to knock off a few stars for this location. It's also very chilly in the restaurant which can ruin your meal just because it's so cold. Lastly, I don't mean to assume or play the race card, but I couldn't help but feel like the manager may have been a little stuck up towards anyone who isn't white. We were the only non-white people in the restaurant and seemed to get the least attention from the waitresses. I could just be overreacting, but I was observing how others were treated just because it crossed my mind. I won't be coming back to this Hooters for the rest of my vacation or any other time I visit Destin, Florida. read more

2 stars??? No way!! I had a blast! **FOUR STARS** Came here on a Sunday after mass and watched the game with my bestie. Our server (who was gorgeous and in glasses (cant remember her name)) was super efficient, polite, and funny. Wings came out perfect (and I order mine all wonky- breaded and dry with flaps only). Had a hurricane, and that came out super quick. The bartender seemed really on point. The place was packed too! I have ZERO complaints. Its better than any of the Hooters I've experienced in MD or DC. TONS, and I mean TONS of tvs. read more

I'm not a big fan of fried foods, which is about all that they have at Hooters, but this is a fun place. I sat at the bar, and got very good service from Dawn. They have about 20 beers on tap, and are available in two sizes (in case you are drink limited, as I was). There are big screens all over for the sports crowd. Indeed the place was crowded. Everyone seemed to be having a good time also. Good social atmosphere. There is also a nice outdoor area here, which is great for a beach town. I think I have seen bands here before. For a Hooters, or any other chain restaurant, this is as good as it gets. But they need to improve their menu like Applebee's recently did. read more

Worst service so have ever experienced. Took 15 - 20 minutes after we ordered our drink to get served then we ordered an onion ring tower that was rushed and undercooked and soggy.
