After our second terrible food experience at Hooters Columbus GA we have vowed that this was our final visit. Twice we ordered wings on two separate occasions and the first batch was served under cooked and when returned the second batch came out just as bad, cooked too much. The grease tasted old and burnt. Even the curly fries came out dripping grease and were not edible. Waitress tried her best, but the food quality is worst of all Hooters we have ever visited. Shame, management never checked on our table or followed up. read more

I am a man men love food and women hooters has these two things with the options of amazing beer and entertainment with friends and family even birthday parties. I am a college football fan as well let's just say it has everything you need to have a great time food is well priced and the ladies are nice and polite. So grab your boys grab a car and your money and head to hooters lol. read more

The service was severely subpar - Kayla was our server and seemed disinterested in giving great service. She had to be reminded about water with lemons. When a mixed drink was ordered and was watered down with juice she had the most disgusted and annoyed face and even had the nerve to cut her eyes when we were explaining why the drink tasted like a lemonade versus the tropical long island ice tea which she told us was the same version of the original long island but with a twist. Honestly, I felt like there was way too much attitude when it could have been an easy fix. If the behavior of the waitress is an indicator of a professional environment that Hooters claims to have. They get an F+ and need to get retrained in that department ASAP. I will NOT be coming back to this establishment again. read more

Great atmosphere, I went at the time where is was average traffic. The ladies there were super nice, I sat at the with a buddy laughing and talking to everyone, watching UFC fighting on tv. read more

Pretty terrible experience at this hooters. Waitress did not refill our drinks once, they never did get the correct sports game we had requested on TV, the wings made us sick, they forgot to bring the dips we paid extra for, and after all that we paid over $75 for the meal because they "forgot" to give us our military discount. Hooters where I am from is a great restaurant, but I would highly recommend avoiding this one. read more

As service goes, this was one of the better Hooters restaurants I've been to. Lots of good beer, as usual, and the food was up to typical Hooters standards, in my opinion. The staff was very polite and extremely attentive, and we had two managers check on us. They must be rehabbing their image or something. But it seems to be running smoothly, and is a good Hooters restaurant. read more

Hooters is very consistent all over the US. It is above all a sports bar. You are also no there for the health food. That being said, I still believe they have the best breaded buffalo wings anywhere. I ordered the 20 piece wings and a pint of beer (again, this is not the place for "health food"). One interesting variation at this location is that the female staff wears different colors of the chain's trademark short shorts, depending on the day of the week. The day I went was US Army Digital camo day. This is probably done due to the restaurant's proximity to Ft. Benning GA... read more

shit food quality. they have a nice view and plenty of tv's to watch the games though

What can I say? It's Hooters! I was there on October 31st and the staff was dressed in their Halloween best. Always great service and tasty wings, shrimp and one of my favorites... Lots A Tots (with jalapenos). Since my local Hooters closed (dispute with the new Hooters owners), Columbus is my closest Hooters location. I stop here whenever I'm in the area. read more

I give this 2 stars because I came in a good mood and my entire group left depressed. It was pretty small for a hooters both figuratively and literally. The music machine was broken which added to the depressing mood. Our waitress seemed sad and the bathrooms were dirty. On the bright side the food was good! Won't be returning. read more

Just a disgrace!!! Not worth a damn! Food was ok, minus undercooked. Had fun with the Army guys but since

Madison is the best waitress and such a sweet server! Loved having her serve me. ASK FOR HER!

Twice in last 10 got draft beer and 10 Lemon Pepper wings with ranch and celery. Food excellent as was ease of seating and waitress. Many TV to warch & I will return. read more

The people are great, but the food is not worth the price they ask. I have had fried pickles in a lot of places but the ones here were soggy and the wings just not cooked right and I asked for extra wet and did not get it. read more

Great service. Tabitha took care of us. The beer was cold. The food was tasty. I'll be back soon. Thanks Tabitha for setting the standard.

The food was okay. The service was questionable. It took over 30 minutes to receive a salad ... but that's just my experience. Take it for what it's worth. read more

Its hard to come by a bartender who puts up with my sarcasm and complicated requests. Chelsea always caters to our needs and makes us have a great time while we are here. We never leave disappointed and always have tons of fun! Great bartender and great service. read more

This place is garbage. The waitress are retards. They are not even good looking. The music was horrible and the place is not clean. Worst hooters experience I've had. I actually went because I was hungry. Food was so bad that I didn't even finish it. Skip it read more

Upon arriving to this dining establishment, I was greeted by a dashing young lady whom was very quick to seat me and the rest of my party. Our waitress was more than adequate when it came to catering to the needs of 8 hungry men. The food was out quickly and was served with a smile. Suddenly, my fairytale was cut short. I went to take a sip of my water; tragedy had befallen. I quickly realized that during my entire visit the waitress had forsaken me and my empty cup. So heed my warning, eat here only if you can stomach an entire entree with no beverage to accompany it. read more

Always have a great time here at Hooters of Columbus! Great way to unwind and have a nice ice cold beer served by a great bartender, Chelsea! read more

I would love to give anyone 5 stars but it takes more than shorts and a tank top. Was greeted fast and seated had choice of T.V. of course the scenery was GREAT the girls were all friendly, Had the spicy Garlic wings with Sam Adams a good choice, food and service was great I will always recommend Hooters cause this one makes #30 on the List. So go down and see Sassy and the gang and enjoy. read more

Absolutely dreadful!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Our waitress didn't have a clue about anything. She was stumped on every question I asked about the menu and continually got my order wrong. I also ordered a margarita and another waitress brought it to the table and just threw it down in front of my 7 yr old and walked away!!! Will never come here again. Please consider driving by this place and finding another place to go. I'm also down several IQ points just sitting there. read more

Came in with my boyfriend and toddler. Asked for a high chair. He asked me booth or table. I told him booth as long as it accommodated the high chair. Got the to the booth and it of course was way to tall for High chair which left us having her sit beside us. No kids menu was given. Waitress was nice but as the meal went on we felt ignored. We both ordered wings and also a kids meal. We got our wings and they both came up one short. Had to again track down server to fix it. My boyfriends wings were fine. Mine were so dry not enough sauce on all 6 to even cover my pinky. They were gooey. I ate half and was done with them. I asked for the check and the waitress proceeded to ask all of her OTHER tables if they wanted dessert before finally bringing my receipt. She then waited as i fiddled to get the money out of my wallet. I was highly unimpressed, this was the first time at Hooters in Columbus and i won't be going back. read more

The WORST experience EVER!!! My wife and I always try the local Hooters everytown that we move to. Always been a big fan of Hooters and their hot wings. We stopped by on a Sat night and found that the place was nearly empty (that's not a good sign, I told myself) walking in with my family and had that feeling which we were not welcome there. Our server (Sh) came to greet us without any smiles and gave that look again which made me feel like we were not welcome again. Most of the servers there spent thier time hanging out and talking to each other and less time taking care of us. We ordered some buffalo shrimp and it was the worst shrimp I have ever had. We moved on and ordered some wings and they were the biggest disappointment. The place was nearly empty but the food were taken forever to come out. WOW!!! that tells me everything why this place is nearly empty on a Sat night. Bad services and the food sucks. The manager seems like a nice guy, he stopped by once to ask if everthing was good. The servers are young and beautiful but the attitude was there. The men restroom was dirty and llts of trash everywhere. I mean it didnt have to be super clean but gosh, some of the gas station restroom looks way better than this restroom. I just wish that the food was better and the hooters girls were more friendly and make us feel welcome there! Definitely a big NO for this place. Not even sure if we will ever stop by any other Hooters in the near future. read more

The service was great although it took a long time for my Oysters to arrive.

Severely understaffed. In two hours, my friends and i only managed to get two servings of wings each for the all you can eat wings deal. Getting our checks took another half an hour. It wasn't like this over the summer, but there are serious problems with the speed of service here. Wings tasted great, but it wasn't worth the wait. read more

Chelsea and Shella are awesome bartenders and the food is great. Come here all the time

my bartender Chelsea was outstanding she was very good at her job. Will return again and always sat in her section.

I'm in the Army, I have been stationed in Ga, both Savannah and Colimbus. I have always liked Hooters untill my current visit to the Hooters in Columbus, Ga next to Ft. Benning. The service is horrible and slow, the hooter girls seem to cater to a certain crowd, and we have requested 4 times for the TV in front of us to be changed and get blown off. The food is great, but takes forever, it is faster to get servedat the bar, but I'm with a group. I will inform my co-workers to go somewhere else. read more

GREAT place to eat! Food was great, service was even better, and they have a full bar with my favorite IPA. If you're looking for a good time, and want some fun, wings, even sandwiches, come here! They are open until 2am Fridays and Saturdays and midnight Monday - Thursday, so when I need a late night bite and a beer I come here for sure. I will definitely be back. read more

I have been to this Hooters twice and the food is pretty decent. I ordered my wings naked and some onion rings, but what made the experience bad was the waitresses I had both times. They just had straight up attitudes. No smiles (at least for me), nothing. I felt like I was a burden to them so I quickly ate and left. I haven't been back since and refuse to go back. Why pay money to be treated like dirt? read more

This was my first and last visit. Since Im was staying in the area and had heard great things about their wings I called in my order. The service was horrible, I told the greeter at the door I was picking up an order she told me to stand by the bar and the young lady behind would help me. Needless to say she didn't even acknowledge me she kept making drinks and laughing and talking to other employees. I'm standing at the bar so I could see the kitchen area my order Is sitting there getting cold and a group of hooter girls are just standing around laughing and talking. So after about 20 min of this one girl from the group comes over not to help me but to tell me the girl behind the bar would be with me shortly and started to walk away so I stopped her I said I just need to pick up my order right there. She said ok I'll let her know its ready...she goes and whispers to the girl who still does not acknowledge me keeps right on doing what she was doing. After a few more minutes the same young lady comes back over and says again she'll be with you in a minute, and I said to her so meanwhile our food is getting cold...she didn't respond and walked away. When I finally got our food needless to say the order was wrong which made us wait a little longer...it was cold and the wings which I had heard so much about were horrible. Won't ever go back to this restaurant again. Quality customer service should be shown to all your customers. read more

I've been going to Hooter's for more than 20 years. The Columbus location is pretty darn good. Girls are friendly, food was good today and just how I ordered it. I spoke with the Assistant Manager afterward and asked, "What's the most important parts of your job?" She was taken back a little but did name several things including safety and welfare of the girls. I asked if they had a step ladder for the girls to reach the high cabinets. She said they did but not was visible or used as I watched one waitress stand on a stool (unsupported by another girl) and another waitress climb the countertop to reach the cabinet. Two easy solutions: 1) Place the step stool close to the high cabinets and require them to use it; or, 2) get one of the poles with the grabber arm to reach what you need from the floor. I would hate to see one of those lovely girls fall and get seriously injured. By the way, I believe Clam Chowder is sadly no longer served by Hooter's. read more
