Honestly one of the best if not THE best Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. It was very clean, food was great, and the staff was super super nice. This one lady which I forgot to ask for her name was super nice and honestly such a great person. I don't know why this place has a low review but it's not true at all. I recommend coming here for sure!! read more

Me and my grands had planned to go here on Saturday upon arrival the hostess was very nasty to us he told us with a attitude that we would have to wait untill the customers decided to leave because they was watching the football game so I ask about how long was the expected wait time and he said very loud and rudely rolling his eyes well whenever they decided to leave while swinging keys that was on a chain around in circles so we went to another restaurant across the street that serves delicious hamburgers and endless fries and the service their was great the waitress was wonderful kept our drinks full and even the cook came and greeted us and ask if every thing was to our liking and even the specialty lemonades came with refills and offered us to go drinks I can't say enough about about Red Robin's it's a great place to eat at read more

It's really hit or miss here. Some days I order wings here and they are the most delicious wings I've ever had. And other days they taste like they've been refrozen 5 times and cooked 2 days ago. Not sure how to get the best every time. Todays - in the picture - were terrible - dry, tasteless. read more

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings around 11:50 PM on the Fourth of July. The restaurant wasn't very busy--only about four tables were filled--yet we stood at the front for about four minutes with no acknowledgment. Eventually, my fiancé had to go find someone just to get us seated. The food came out quickly, which was great. I ordered six Thai wings with celery, ranch, and carrots. However, when the food arrived, the carrots already had ranch on them--as if someone had either dipped them or tried to wipe it off. My fiancé asked a nearby server if she knew why, and she just shrugged her shoulders. We asked if the carrots had been served to someone else, and again, she just shrugged. That same server returned with a new tray of carrots but didn't say a word--just dropped them off and wouldn't even approach our table fully. It felt odd and uncomfortable. When our actual waitress came by, my fiancé mentioned how rude the other server had been. I also pointed out the issue with the carrots. The waitress assured us that no one else had been served those, but explained that the back prep area usually has carrots, celery, ranch, and blue cheese all out together, and "my food must have gotten a little dirty." That comment really caught me off guard. I asked my fiancé if he heard what she said. She quickly tried to clarify that she didn't mean it that way--but the damage was already done. To be fair, our waitress did give us a discount, which I appreciated. But between the poor attitude, lack of basic service, and questionable food handling, this was a disappointing experience. It's the kind of thing that makes you think twice about coming back. I'd rather dine somewhere that takes more pride in what they serve--and how they treat their customers. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. They never answer the phone whenever I call to place an order. The app & the website do not work at all when placing an order online. Takes forever to receive food once there. read more

Mr. Kelly provided exceptional service to my husband and me. His professionalism, table manners, and detailed explanation of the menu were outstanding. He described each dish beautifully, helping us make great selections. Compliments to the chef as well--the food was absolutely delicious! The wings were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The onion rings, potato wedges, and tater tots were all cooked to perfection. It was a truly enjoyable and savory meal, and we look forward to dining here again soon. read more

Disappointed to see this place be rated so low. I've been 4-5 times over the last couple of years, and everytime, my experience has been great. Food always is good and comes out at proper temp, beer is always cold, and Nancy is one of the best bartenders I've ever met. In my opinion, best place in the North Columbus area to watch multiple games or even just the one you are looking for. Hopefully, these negative reviews are old, and if not, give them a second chance, as I'm sure you'll be taken care of. read more

I've been going here on and off for probably over 10 years. They started strong. The food was great, service was great, even the bathroom looked great. Fast forward to 2023, the only thing I really like here now are the loaded tots. The service was good, but the bathroom.. that's where the problem was. The bathroom was filthy, and I took photos to show y'all what the bathroom looked like when i went there. Mind you, I went there an hour before they closed (I know, jerk move, but they're open til 2am), so I'm not sure when they clean the bathrooms, but I feel like feces smeared on the seat shouldn't be a thing. Then there were two holes in the ceiling, one which was leaking directly in front of the toilet. Lastly, there was remnants of vomit in the sink. That's where I want to wash my hands, right above some vomit /sarcasm. BWW, please do better. The food and service was good, but please clean your bathrooms regularly. read more

We ordered online at 430ish for pick-up by 6pm. Food wasn't ready and I waited until 640ish. No explanation until asked to cancel. Not even single word "sorry" for the wait... Customer came in after I went inside ordered and got his food. Of course I would never expect for sweet and gentle service as Chick-fil-A, but I'm very disappointed and with BWW's service. read more

First time at the specific B dubs location and I will honestly say there's some extremely good parts and extremely bad parts about this one first off when we walked in we couldn't tell if we needed to be seated or if we could just walk in so we kind of just stood there, haphazardly while a group of waiters and waitresses, were standing there on their phones, looked up at us left and went back to their phones versus eating us, or even coming to help us After my husband and I just started walking to the table. They're like oh if you want you can just go to the bar area so we weren't there at the bar area we had a really nice waitress who turned out to be the bartender for this evening. She was very nice very polite and apologize for the previous individual's Behaviors, we went ahead and ordered an appetizer of pretzel bites in the deal for the day was 15 boneless wings double thing so we got 30 wings for the price of 15 each which was awesome . We also tried a few alcohol. Drinks for sure. Good had a lot of flavor. You could taste alcohol, but my God there was more ice than anything which is always a downfall when ordering alcoholic drinks the wings are good in the pretzel bites are amazing I just wish the pretzel bites would have more than a few on the plate for the price but the wings were sauce and seasoned perfectly and I can appreciate that. They separated them out and put the tags on so we knew what was What. We're definitely come back to this B dubs.! read more

It could be worse but it would be hard. Came for lunch at a 11:45 on a Saturday and they had a small wait. Ok, no big deal. Sat down and get our drinks after a few minutes, both drinks have stuff in the ice. We decide to order beers hoping that would be a safe bet, the beers came out incorrectly as our server hadn't told us that the rotator had been changed. Tried to order a different beer, after almost 10 minutes they come back to tell us that keg is tapped. Finally at the end of our meal we received drinks. Get our check and it still had a beer on there. Took quite a while to get our server back and get it corrected. Service was slow. Food was decent, but we won't be back. read more

Went in for dinner after my son in law graduated from basic training. They took a while to seat 20 of us even though it was pretty empty with plenty of room. The service was bad. Some of us had to get up to get our own drinks. Messed up my order so had to wait even longer. The waitress took forever for everything from getting drink orders to getting food even to get the tickets. She even hit me with my plate when it finally came out ‍. read more

Poor management, not enough staff. Managers cleaning menus as we wait 20 min for a beer, get to work man.

I wouldn't recommend this specific BWW, but I've always enjoyed BWW always. But this particular establishment is sad. Even the staff looks depressed to work, but have no other choice bc they need the job. Their hiring staff and sign are even amid of depression and sadness. When you usually walk into one of these it's lively, loud with its customers, and just overall enthusiasm are always uplifting. Open and empty tables, being told to wait 30-45 minutes to be seated bc the staff would be overwhelmed, awkward stares from the stewards bc they can't sit you at an empty seat and continually saying I'm sorry. It might just be me and we caught them on a slow day, but I've come back to this establishment bc of their food and prices, and will continue but if your hoping for a good time...find another place or if you want a quiet scenery with not a lot of noise this is the place for you; this is the place. Ghost pub, should be the named changed. 1 star for your price, 1 star for the food quality, and 1 start for its quietness and I felt sorry for this establishment and its staff. Oh and you can watch the games. read more

The Food was decent at best but the service was absolutely awful! Definitely our worst restaurant experience in a long long time!

Save your money and go to BTJ's wings or Sharks instead of coming here. Came here with my bf and along with my 6 year old. Customer service is disappointing, the vibe we was given was no one really wanted to be there, we waited for a long time for our orders and to ask for assistance. The night just got worse, our food finally came and not fresh . Frustrated...I still tipped our waiter a little something, I know I shouldn't but I just don't have it in my heart to not tip. read more

Summary of my experience here which is a microcosm if my experience at every BWWs: 1. Get ignored at the bar area while you wait for your table 2. Drinks come out fine, but whatever food order you place you can't count on something being wrong. In my case, I ordered traditional garlic Parmesan wings but I ended up getting Asian zing. 3. Take a bite of the wrong food and realize that "hey, it's not what I ordered, but it's not bad" 4. Finish the meal, pay, and hope that next time you might get what you order, but aren't actually too upset. read more

We have frequented this Buffalo Wild Wings location for many years, but the last few visits have been downhill. On our last visit my husband ordered FOUR different beers from the menu before they finally still had one on tap/it was one that was available. Our order was messed up twice. One member of our party had dairy allergies and it took two times sending the meal back for them to NOT put cheese on the burger. Finally, the waitress could not figure out a gift card and manager wasn't available to help because he was "on break". They also no longer have the smarts screens/tablets. We won't be back! read more

We came in after the Friday rush to a not full dinning area. We have been waiting over an hour and only got our drinks with no straws. An appetizer and an excuse about being busy with tables in two different sections. I had to go to the carry out deal to get flatware, napkins, and ranch for our appetizer. Some wings and 2 burgers can't be that complicated to make. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Update: Food was cold once it got to our table. Talked with the manager and they at least comp the wings. 4 other tables asked for managers and as we left there was at least 6 empty dirty tables unattended. Not impressed and love this chain. Still will not be returning and will let corporate know how their chain is being represented here. read more

This place had poor service and is not UFC friendly. Our order wasn't taken for 50 min from sitting down and then took another 40 to receive our first entrees. With the entrees half the table arrived in 40 min and the rest of the table was 20 min later. The worst part of the experience was the fact they refused to put on the UFC fight with AUDIO even though 80% of the restaurant was there for the fight. This is the worst BWW experience I have had and will continue to refuse recommendations to this locations and most likely any other restaurant in this franchise. If possible 0/5 stars. read more

It's 1 o'clock on the 24th of December and stopped in with my 2 boys to have lunch. Each of us ordered from the lunch menu (11 am to 2 pm). We have been here over 30 minutes and still no food! The server just said your wings are ready just waiting on the fries, that was 10 minutes ago. This says, your wings will be cold by the time I get your fries! WTF management?!! Are you even here today?!! More to come when the food does! Ok, well as expected the food was warm at best. I just watched the table behind us, 8 people send 4 plates back because they weren't hot. Ours was edible because we had waited 45 minutes. The manager on duty was really non responsive. She said "I'll have to see what time he put the order in" as if to blame the server for the 45 minute delay in food. The manager was useless! Never again will I come to this BWW's. read more

Probably my worst experience at this establishment. I came in on a Sunday and ordered $80 worth of food to go. Got home to realize that my traditional wings had freeze burn on them. Best meatiest wings. Call for extra crispy. Good celery and carrot garnish. Sweet Chili Thai.

I downloaded yelp just to make this review. I can't believe how bad this place has been in the two times I've been. Had a pretty subpar experience three years ago but thought Maybe it was a fluke. Wrong... This visit, it took an hour after being seated to get our drinks, and the food came at two hours and fifteen minutes. Not to mention, the wings were dry, lazily seasoned, and at best, room temperature. I don't know how y'all are still in business. I'd give you 0/5 stars if I could. read more

Second time in 3 weeks that I've come to this BWW. I left with Salmonella. Don't eat here.

First of all. We drove all the way from Louisiana, 9 hour drive for the weekend. We chose this place for dinner, the place had only 2 waitresses, waited about 30 minutes for one of the waitresses to come get our drink order. The wait time for drinks and appetizer was ridiculous but have to give it to the waitress for being so kind. We finally got our food after waiting over an hour. The burger was so bland, no seasoning what so ever, the cheese dip wasn't even hot. What an awesome start to our weekend here. read more

Columbus, GA has the worst BWW in America. The second you walk in your hit with the foul smell of mildew and cleaning supplies. We probably should have turned around right there, but every restaurant on 12Feb22 was a 20-30 minute wait, and since we were at the third restaurant, we just decided to wait it out. I love Bdubs, so why not? As we wait for our food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. I'm met with a more overwhelming smell and a restroom that would have given a NY train station public restroom a run for its money. Absolutely disgusting. Piss all over the floor, terrible smell, and just nasty to look at in general. Nevertheless, we were still undeterred. I order a beer before I go into the restroom abyss, as I walk back I hear the bartender screaming at someone across the restaurant. Alright, maybe stress just having a rough day. I get my beer. Oh wonderful, delicious ice cold beer! WRONG! It's warm and totally ruins my hopes, but bring on the food! The food finally gets here. COLD!!! Come on, man. I work hard for my money and just want to spend it on a nice place to eat. The only saving grace was the server. She was absolutely nice and kind of made up for the experience. I didn't catch her name, but she's been there for a while and she's always been good. read more

Columbus is actually the worst BWW I have ever been to. HOWEVER, we ate here last night for the BOGO boneless wings and the food was good. Before I get to the food let me recognize our server, Paige. Paige was over tabled but did an outstanding job. She smiled the entire time and was very friendly and took care of us. This BWW always over tables their servers which leads to slow service. Paige is an outstanding server and deserves to be recognized for doing a great job despite having more tables than the average server could handle. Now to the food. The queso dip was hot for the first time ever. This made our night as we have had to send it back in the past. The wings were good and Paige brought us all the sauces we asked for which was a lot. Overall, our experience was good last night. I do recognize that COVID can put a strain on labor but the issue at this BWW of stretching their servers too thin has been an issue for a decade. Anyway, enough about that issue. It was a good boneless wing night. read more
