Crispy cod sandwich was good. However I only received 1/2 serving coleslaw. Service was meh. We had to keep asking and waiting. Atmosphere was cool. Typical sports bar. Some of ladies might want to reconsider the amount of skin they show. Ijs... read more

First time at twin peaks & I will be returning very soon ! great drinks , and even better service thanks to Jayla P with the great vibes :)

I wouldn't award any stars if I could. I was a solo visitor who sat at the bar. I arrived at 7:00 pm and my order for one glass of wine was taken at 7:16pm. Granted, the restaurant was pretty busy but NO ONE greeted me. I witnessed the pregnant bartender tell an older woman that she hadn't waited on me. I wasn't checked on again until 7:48pm when the older woman asked if I wanted another glass of wine. Absolutely not! It's very obvious you have to know them in order to be served in a timely fashion. We are all paying customers. Treat us a such. It's very disappointing as I always support local businesses. I left a review when they first opened and it doesn't seem to be getting any better despite new ownership. read more

I came here straight from the airport because I was really craving a lobster roll. The bartender was very polite and took my order promptly, even offering me a drink while I waited, which I appreciated. When I received my to-go order, I noticed the lobster roll looked very wet and mentioned it to the bartender. She explained that it was prepared more like a lobster salad. Unfortunately, once I tried it, I found it extremely disappointing. It tasted overwhelmingly like vinegar and lettuce, with only a few very small pieces of lobster that didn't have much flavor at all. The sweet potato fries were excellent, but the lobster roll itself was inedible for me. For a dish that should be a highlight, this was a major letdown. The kitchen may need additional training or quality control to ensure consistency and proper preparation. read more

Not impressed. Service was slow and mediocre and the food was average at best. I ordered tacos and they were burnt. Drinks were very slow and the waitress brought no silverware until about 10 minutes after the food was served. Would definitely recommend spending your money somewhere else. Didn't need to see a 7-8 month pregnant waitress in their uniform that couldn't cover the baby-belly. read more

Tuesday, Dec. 30 I had dinner here. 3 hours later I was VERY sick. I ate the so called lobster roll. By Friday, I had to go to the doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning. Now I'm on antibiotics and hoping nothing else is wrong with me after severe dehydration. STAY AWAY read more

The place was nasty and the service was terrible. Staff was busy on their phones or with their boyfriends that came to visit. My server, was too preoccupied with charming some old dude she was milking as a sugar daddy. Food arrived as cold as the service. read more

How incredibly demoralizing to have to wear the outfits these girls have to work in. We happened to sit at the bar near the service area and had to listen to the shrill of screaming out orders. I had a neat cocktail and, as a bartender of 15 years, have NEVER seen a measured 1oz. pour for a neat cocktail. No comment on service or food. These girls are wagging their asses for tips. It's no better than watching hookers in a red light district in Amsterdam. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Do your daughters work there? read more

After a long day of training, my friends and I visited Twin Peaks, a serene and inviting spot. We opted to sit at the bar, where the bartender impressively took our drink orders immediately and gave us a moment to peruse the food menu. I ordered the billionaire bacon burger, which was bursting with flavor. The fries were served hot and crisp. The burger was elevated to perfection with an exceptional sauce, making the whole meal a solid 10/10. read more

I understand that sex sells. That doesn't excuse the lack of service these women sometimes give. The average Joe will either have fine dining with superb service or be ignored because there's a table of rich men right beside them. Don't go here expecting good service unless you fit a "certain" criteria. read more

went there for my birthday and had a good time. The food was good as well as the service. Many thanks to my server kayden

Worst experience ever. Food was missing, drinks basic and ambiance was cheap. 45 minutes for appetizers, half the waitresses weren't old enough to take the drink orders. Once we did get the bad appetizers we had to leave after another 45 minutes due to hunger. read more

Attended a graduation locally and decided to try this place. There's one near my home but never been. I pulled up and the place was packed. That's a great sign when I think of what the food may taste like. Looking for parking and noticed they had parking for veterans. I was pleased with that. Upon entry, I was welcomed with a very warm greeting from the host station. I was seated and helped by a great waitress our visit. The level of service from everyone I encountered was amazing. read more

The food is good , but after 10 when i came in. Not busy at all. Sat there and not one bartender or waitress said anything to me . I had to get the attention of the bus boy to get a bartender (red head , fake red) . But decided to just leave. All of them were to busy gossiping. Dont come here in the evening read more

Came in here to watch football, unfortunately none of the staff knew how to work the TVs and there wasn't a manager to be found anywhere. 45 min After kick off they figured it out, sort of. Ordering food was a challenge as they were out of half the stuff on the menu so I settled for an uneventful burger. It came without the silverware or napkins. When I asked the bartender for some she casually tossed some beverage napkins down on the bar and that was that. I paid my tab and left without leaving a tip. I should have went to Hooters. read more

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We are in town for work and decided to stop in. Typically going to Twin Peaks at other locations in other states the service and food were okay. This location on the other hand was the complete opposite. The beers took roughly 30 minutes to come out and the appetizer about 50. When the food did come out the people I had in my party complained that the brisket nachos were cold and soggy and another stating there burger bun was hard as if it was toasted to long and sat out. When my food came out the breaded wings were burnt as if they were left in the fryer to long. One of them was even a different color. When the wings came out none of the ranches or bleu cheese were in the trays. That took another 20 minutes to get by then all the food was cold. We told them the wings were burnt and they asked what we wanted to do. I told them I would rather have them remade but this time naked due to all the breaded wings being burnt at the table. The ambiance was what it was, but sitting close to the kitchen we could all see our food sitting there under the heating lamp and drinks (beers) on the counter getting warmer. read more

I recently moved to Columbus from Atlanta. After being very satisfied at Twin Peaks in the A, I was excited for Columbus to be opening a location. The beer is the star of the show at 29 degrees. It never disappoints. I've dined here twice & have to say that my best experience was at the bar. Friendly bartenders & strong cocktails make for a great experience. The rest of the scenery is nice but important to remember that personality can go a long way despite attractiveness. read more

Service. Absolutely unaccommodating. Stopped in here on Easter Sunday - and in a town where there are already so many closed restaurants - do NOT understaff your location! If you're going to be open on a Holiday, own it! Otherwise close your doors. Every burned customer is a $1000+ per customer in business, per month, that you can take right off your bottom line. What was told was "there's only three "girls" on staff, and the wait time is unknown". I counted. 3 large tables - with less than 8 people each, and then 5 tables with 4 people or less. There's just something about letting people know it may just take longer to get their order and drinks, versus slowing down patron occupancy because you feel your "girls" can't handle a little flux in customers. It's simple - let customers know what to expect, let them choose, and then seat accordingly, Literally coming from across the country, last day of my sons leave from Ft Benning, and this is all we wanted. Disappointing and a disservice to Twin Peaks - as I've been to tons of Twin Peaks in the US and wanted to see what Columbus had to offer. And seeing the comments - I can see this is a systemic and management issue more than it is food quality, or the poor wait staff being caused to limit their ability to earn tips and work hard - while pleasing patrons. No manager on the floor. And no hustle in taking care of customers. Taking money out of these girls pockets and creating no return customer loyalty. Shame. read more

My boyfriend and I have the best experience every time we go! Top tier drinks and food for the best prices! 5 stars

Needs new management who cares about how the restaurant is run. They're out of almost everything and then when I asked for lime on the dressed beer I ordered when they brought it w lemons they said they were out of limes, clearly missing that limes were sitting right on the counter in front of us. So then it was "well we have to have someone cut them"....ok this is a restaurant with knives right? It was 1.5 hrs before closing, not 30 mins. Almost every employee is walking around gossiping w F bombs. Meanwhile the manager was standing by watching and just concerned with having them start tear down at 11 when they close at midnight. Very poor service. The food was tasty though so they got 1 star. read more

The service has improved, and the food was on par with the brand. The cleanliness of the establishment and atmosphere, however, could still use some improvement. This was my first time trying this establishment and it did not disappoint. I didn't even know abt this place until my wife pointed it out. I was shocked that my wife even suggested it and warned me to just "be respectful" I was confused then relied why she said it bc to my unknown knowledge this whole establishment is where your servers "waitresses" wear certain attire that attracts the MALE perspective if you catch my drift. With that saying, ladies be warn this is not a first date or an establishment to bring your BF or partner bc it can get them in trouble. LOL But don't be alarm, workers were all respectful and of course ensure to be respectful to Partnered customers. This would be a single man's PLACE OF PARADISE. So single men enjoy you dirty little ole' S$$&5: LOL. Other than that THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! What you order is what you get and to even choose from my OPINION it's definitely a MAN's choice of eatery. I couldn't choose so my waitress literally recommended what to try for the first time there and the recommendation was not disappointing!! The pulled loaded fries were ON POINT! The beer and drink selection was endless and if your about seasonal drinks your in luck. Bc their seasonal drinks were tasteful and highly recommended. I enjoyed their Octoberfest choices to bad I was a little late to try them all. Only downfall is it was quite expensive. But I'd say worth the $$ bc of the food, quality, quality, and service. Beats Hooters & Tilted Kilt!! read more

Absolutely horrible service from here. Didn't even get around to ordering food cause of how slow service was. Thankfully the food and drinks were good but I have never experienced such slow service in my life. My husband and I were patient given it was Veterans Day but we went during the slower time of day in between lunch and dinner rush. 40 minute wait for a table which I know with certainty could have been cut in half with some enthusiasm from the servers, bussers, and managers. The restaurant was probably about 50% full when we walked in, mainly made up of dirty tables. We watched some tables sit dirty for the entirety of our stay (spoiler alert it was 2+ hours long). We also watched what looked like 5 different members of management sit in the back corner booth cutting up with each other while our server struggled. Our server was sweet but she seemed overwhelmed with her 3 other tables. There's absolutely no reason the 5 people sitting around goofing off couldn't have taken our order, asked if we wanted another drink, cleaned some tables- something to keep the flow of the restaurant moving. Our visit was incredibly too long for a party of two to order 3 drinks, some appetizers, and one entree to split. How embarrassing and not to mention, the girls and the establishment as a whole could be making so much more money if the tables were able to turn faster. Oh well... read more

The food was absolutely amazing. And the staff was extremely friendly and nice. And the cabin theme made for the perfect environment. Just left. Initial server was great. Shift change during meal. Second server was not attentive and had her fave tables (not ours). We had to ask the server for the next table over for to go boxes (except for me). I left the Nashville Chicken Sandwich on the table with 1 bite out of it. It took way too long to get food and refills. Food was mediocre (except for the sweet potato fries). After being here for 30 minutes, we were given plastic ware instead of silver ware. This was my first time back to a Twin Peaks since I quit drinking. Definitely wont be back. I guess being drunk and a pretty face is what really what gave this place appeal. Update: After looking at the reviews I am surprised this location is even open. If I had looked before dining here we would have def gone across the street. read more

Super long dinner wait with it being new in Columbus, but we expected it. Service was good - I believe our server's name was Carissa or Carlissa? Very friendly and personable. Food was just okay, nothing to write home about. Very standard bar food. We had the appetizer sampler which was mostly cold but edible. Also tried the salmon which was good but a very small portion served over some rice/quinoa for over $20. With them being so new, they have time to improve and hopefully they will! read more

We could not wait for this place to open up and we were not disappointed. We are not from Columbus, GA, but Twin Peaks reminds us of home and fun-filled meals with family. The hostess was great and our wait was not long at all, considering it was grand opening week. Our waitress was THE Queen Victoria and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu and she came around to check on us quite often. We had great food, great conversation and the ambiance was amazing. So glad Twin Peaks came to Columbus, it will be a family thing for us from now on. read more

After running into some roadblocks, I had to make my visit to this place very late which is something I do not like to do. To my surprise, despite how late it felt, the staff was still more than ready to serve and get food out to me. The whole place is really overstimulating as you can not look anywhere without seeing a tv but I guess that is perfect for a sports fan. After looking through the menu, I ended up opting for the Smokestack Burger. The food came out in prompt time which surprised me as it was so late. I immediately dug into my burger and thought it was delicious. It was spicy and flavorful which makes for a perfect combo. The fries were well seasoned with something but it tasted delicious too. Our server, Dee, was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the night. There was also a busboy, Jacob, who went out of his way to help my group and I with anything. All in all, I had a wonderful experience here and look forward to coming back. read more

Yurri is the only reason ...aside from the Teriyaki Wings... why I'm giving 5 stars. She is super humorous and caring! She is the best server I have ever had! And has great southern hospitality! Her sections are always clean and she knows how to have great conversations! She is working towards becoming a Child Psychologist. She is most definitely great with families and especially children! She can handle big parties and will make sure to have everyone's orders in check. She reviews the food with caution. Amazing server! Had to tip her BIG! By the way make sure to always tip your servers they make below minimum wage and to be exact they make less than $3 an hour... it's not cute to leave less than $5 as a tip knowing darn well their whole paycheck goes towards paying tax deductions. Please be kind and mindful. Servers need to make a living and take care of themselves and others so TIP TIP TIP!!! Or just don't go out at all.. that's embarrassing... She relocated due to the consistent disrespect by men in that environment... support her at Apple Bees on Gentian Blvd. read more

I walked in to a half full bar and three girls bartending. So who would think I sit here next to three guys who had eaten already and still ordering drinks. The service person was giving the guy next to me his beer so I felt sure she would ask for my order. I continued to wait probably 8 minutes and one of the other bartenders and she started talking with two guys at the end of the bar in front of me. They were eating and had drinks so basically just shooting the breeze. I saw a bartender all the way at the other end of the bar and she made eye contact, thanks to Ashton I got my first drink and a menu. So then when I got ready to order same thing Porchella my server never came back . I tried to get Aston's attention but she was busy at the other end of the bar. Now, if they had been slammed and not having free time I would have never posted this review. But they were not on May 6, 2023 at 8:19 PM Porchella finally came to get a beer for someone else and I was sitting right behind the tap. She ask if I needed anything, yes I want the chicken quesadillas. Great it's ordered! Food was good , but she never brought me a set up, no napkins and i ate it cheese and all with my fingers . Ashton saw me struggling and brought me napkins. I know things are crazy right now but if you don't know how to wait on your customers you need a new profession!
