I wouldn't award any stars if I could. I was a solo visitor who sat at the bar. I arrived at 7:00 pm and my order for one glass of wine was taken at 7:16pm. Granted, the restaurant was pretty busy but NO ONE greeted me. I witnessed the pregnant bartender tell an older woman that she hadn't waited on me. I wasn't checked on again until 7:48pm when the older woman asked if I wanted another glass of wine. Absolutely not! It's very obvious you have to know them in order to be served in a timely fashion. We are all paying customers. Treat us a such. It's very disappointing as I always support local businesses. I came here straight from the airport because I was really craving a lobster roll. The bartender was very polite and took my order promptly, even offering me a drink while I waited, which I appreciated. When I received my to-go order, I noticed the lobster roll looked very wet and mentioned it to the bartender. She explained that it was prepared more like a lobster salad. Unfortunately, once I tried it, I found it extremely disappointing. It tasted overwhelmingly like vinegar and lettuce, with only a few very small pieces of lobster that didn't have much flavor at all. The sweet potato fries were excellent, but the lobster roll itself was inedible for me. For a dish that should be a highlight, this was a major letdown. Attended a graduation locally and decided to try this place. There's one near my home but never been. I pulled up and the place was packed. That's a great sign when I think of what the food may taste like. Looking for parking and noticed they had parking for veterans. I was pleased with that. If I could give a 0 star review I would. We are in town for work and decided to stop in. Typically going to Twin Peaks at other locations in other states the service and food were okay. This location on the other hand was the complete opposite. The beers took roughly 30 minutes to come out and the appetizer about 50. When the food did come out the people I had in my party complained that the brisket nachos were cold and soggy and another stating there burger bun was hard as if it was toasted to long and sat out. When my food came out the breaded wings were burnt as if they were left in the fryer to long. One of them was even a different color. When the wings came out none of the ranches or bleu cheese were in the trays. That took another 20 minutes to get by then all the food was cold. We told them the wings were burnt and they asked what we wanted to do. I told them I would rather have them remade but this time naked due to all the breaded wings being burnt at the table. The ambiance was what it was, but sitting close to the kitchen we could all see our food sitting there under the heating lamp and drinks (beers) on the counter getting warmer. read more

I recently moved to Columbus from Atlanta. After being very satisfied at Twin Peaks in the A, I was excited for Columbus to be opening a location. The beer is the star of the show at 29 degrees. It never disappoints. I've dined here twice & have to say that my best experience was at the bar. Friendly bartenders & strong cocktails make for a great experience. Service. Absolutely unaccommodating. Stopped in here on Easter Sunday - and in a town where there are already so many closed restaurants - do NOT understaff your location! If you're going to be open on a Holiday, own it! Otherwise close your doors. Every burned customer is a $1000+ per customer in business, per month, that you can take right off your bottom line. What was told was "there's only three "girls" on staff, and the wait time is unknown". I counted. 3 large tables - with less than 8 people each, and then 5 tables with 4 people or less. There's just something about letting people know it may just take longer to get their order and drinks, versus slowing down patron occupancy because you feel your "girls" can't handle a little flux in customers. It's simple - let customers know what to expect, let them choose, and then seat accordingly, Literally coming from across the country, last day of my sons leave from Ft Benning, and this is all we wanted. Disappointing and a disservice to Twin Peaks - as I've been to tons of Twin Peaks in the US and wanted to see what Columbus had to offer. And seeing the comments - I can see this is a systemic and management issue more than it is food quality, or the poor wait staff being caused to limit their ability to earn tips and work hard - while pleasing patrons. No manager on the floor. And no hustle in taking care of customers. Taking money out of these girls pockets and creating no return customer loyalty. Shame. read more

Absolutely horrible service from here. Didn't even get around to ordering food cause of how slow service was. It was packed at first which would explain lack of service but then it cleared out and service was still horrible. Bartenders gave great service and paid more attention to the regulars and gave mediocre service to everyone else. Thankfully the food and drinks were good but I have never experienced such slow service in my life. My husband and I were patient given it was Veterans Day but we went during the slower time of day in between lunch and dinner rush. 40 minute wait for a table which I know with certainty could have been cut in half with some enthusiasm from the servers, bussers, and managers. The restaurant was probably about 50% full when we walked in, mainly made up of dirty tables. We watched some tables sit dirty for the entirety of our stay (spoiler alert it was 2+ hours long). We also watched what looked like 5 different members of management sit in the back corner booth cutting up with each other while our server struggled. Our server was sweet but she seemed overwhelmed with her 3 other tables. There's absolutely no reason the 5 people sitting around goofing off couldn't have taken our order, asked if we wanted another drink, cleaned some tables- something to keep the flow of the restaurant moving. Our visit was incredibly too long for a party of two to order 3 drinks, some appetizers, and one entree to split. How embarrassing and not to mention, the girls and the establishment as a whole could be making so much more money if the tables were able to turn faster. Oh well... read more

They're out of almost everything and then when I asked for lime on the dressed beer I ordered when they brought it w lemons they said they were out of limes, clearly missing that limes were sitting right on the counter in front of us. So then it was "well we have to have someone cut them"....ok this is a restaurant with knives right? It was 1.5 hrs before closing, not 30 mins. Just left. Initial server was great. Shift change during meal. Second server was not attentive and had her fave tables (not ours). We had to ask the server for the next table over for to go boxes (except for me). I left the Nashville Chicken Sandwich on the table with 1 bite out of it. It took way too long to get food and refills. Food was mediocre (except for the sweet potato fries). After being here for 30 minutes, we were given plastic ware instead of silver ware. Yurri is the only reason ...aside from the Teriyaki Wings... why I'm giving 5 stars. She is super humorous and caring! She is the best server I have ever had! And has great southern hospitality! Her sections are always clean and she knows how to have great conversations! She is working towards becoming a Child Psychologist. She is most definitely great with families and especially children! She can handle big parties and will make sure to have everyone's orders in check. She reviews the food with caution. Amazing server! Had to tip her BIG! By the way make sure to always tip your servers they make below minimum wage and to be exact they make less than $3 an hour... it's not cute to leave less than $5 as a tip knowing darn well their whole paycheck goes towards paying tax deductions. Super long dinner wait with it being new in Columbus, but we expected it. Service was good - I believe our server's name was Carissa or Carlissa? Very friendly and personable. Food was just okay, nothing to write home about. Very standard bar food. We had the appetizer sampler which was mostly cold but edible. We could not wait for this place to open up and we were not disappointed. We are not from Columbus, GA, but Twin Peaks reminds us of home and fun-filled meals with family. The hostess was great and our wait was not long at all, considering it was grand opening week. Our waitress was THE Queen Victoria and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu and she came around to check on us quite often. We had great food, great conversation and the ambiance was amazing. I walked in to a half full bar and three girls bartending. So who would think I sit here next to three guys who had eaten already and still ordering drinks. The service person was giving the guy next to me his beer so I felt sure she would ask for my order. I continued to wait probably 8 minutes and one of the other bartenders and she started talking with two guys at the end of the bar in front of me. They were eating and had drinks so basically just shooting the breeze. I saw a bartender all the way at the other end of the bar and she made eye contact, thanks to Ashton I got my first drink and a menu. So then when I got ready to order same thing Porchella my server never came back . I tried to get Aston's attention but she was busy at the other end of the bar. Now, if they had been slammed and not having free time I would have never posted this review. But they were not on May 6, 2023 at 8:19 PM Porchella finally came to get a beer for someone else and I was sitting right behind the tap. She ask if I needed anything, yes I want the chicken quesadillas. Great it's ordered! Food was good , but she never brought me a set up, no napkins and i ate it cheese and all with my fingers . Ashton saw me struggling and brought me napkins. I know things are crazy right now but if you don't know how to wait on your customers you need a new profession! What happened? My wife and I always looked forward to visiting Twin Peaks. For an appetizer we would order the "Triple Play". The salsa was slightly thick with a fantastic smokey flavor. The queso was thick and had delicious salsa/cheddar flavor. For drinks she would order one of their signature cocktails and I would get the Knotty Brunette. The drinks were always on point. Unfortunately, standards have changed. On our last visit we ordered the usual. On the "Triple Play" the chips were greasy and stale. The salsa had been watered down and had little flavor. The queso was runny and wouldn't stick to the greasy chips. My wife ordered the "Mojito" which was featured on the table flyer and I ordered my usual beer. The waitress delivered my beer very quickly. It was cold and delicious. After waiting at least ten minutes the waitress told us they didn't have the ingredients for the Mojito. How can you not have ingredients for one of your signature cocktails? My wife then ordered the "Crispy Mini Beef Tacos". We waited about fifteen minutes for the order. Finally the waitress told us they didn't have the ingredients to make the tacos. How can you not have ingredients for one of your menu items? Why did it take fifteen minutes to tell us? While we were waiting for her cocktail and food we observed the restaurant operations. Servers were spending too much time mingling at the kitchen door doing NOTHING. The bar was left unattended for several minutes often. The Bar Tender was sharing chips and salsa with one of the bar patrons. You allow bar tenders to eat while serving drinks? We asked to see the manager. He said he was aware of the problems, but was unable to help us because the other managers weren't present. This was our last visit to this Twin Peaks!
