Just Visited Hooters in Burlington, NC today. I have been to alot of Hooters in my day. But today was the best Hooters experience ever. My waitress, kirstin was phenomenal. As a Mega fan of Hooters in most of the US and worldwide I was pleased to find this one in Burlington, a quick travel through from Durham is easy when you look forward to a decent place. I have been to this Hooters now 4 times in two weeks, the bar server at the weekends, Sat and Sunday afternoon , Caitlyn, was delightful, pleasant, chatty but not over chatty,, generally nice, great service. Today, Wednesday, I took a trip though early afternoon for a beer and wings, looked forward to it,, different server, Victoria,, corporate trainer,, never said hello,, never checked my ID, ( which is a firing offense in Hooters ) not rude by any means, ,, just there,, no chat,, no personality, generally unpleasant for a Hooters girl, despite me being the only person at the bar for an hour,, not one word of chat. I've never written a bad review for any restaurant but Jesus Christ. It wasn't busy at all but still took about 8 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone. When I was seated it was at a high table and the solid wood stool was a killer on my back and I don't even have back problems. I got a Dr Pepper and I guess the syrup was low because it tasted like straight seltzer water so that was fun. And to top it all off I couldn't even ask to change it to to go because my waitress was sitting at the register area on her phone from the time I ordered to when the food was ready. All in all I ended up spending $15 for 6 wings and to be ignored for 45 min to serve creepy dudes when I'm just tryna get my Buffalo on. Smh read more

I used Grubhub to order a burger, fries and fried pickles. Disappointment is an understatement. I ordered the bacon & bleu burger.. the burger came plain?!?! I looked at the receipt and it clearly states that I added cheese (and was also charged for the cheese) so I don't understand how they could have missed it. The order of fries I received was super small and the fried pickles were cold. I will not return nor will I order from this location again. read more

The food is really great, they always have a game on and We enjoy the staff at the bar. The 1/2 price list of apps after 10 are awesome! If you haven't tried it yet, the buffalo chicken dip is worth the drive out to get. read more

Food was typical Hooters food. OK, beer could be colder. Mugs were in a cooler, but the beer temp could be colder.

Horrible service. Took us almost an hour and a half to get our food. Our waitress never even gave us any kind of disclosure that the kitchen was behind at all, even when we asked her multiple times if our food was coming out. I asked another waitress to get the manager for us so we could complain to him, to which she said she would send him over, but never did. The whole situation was immensely irritating and no one offered to comp our meal. And to top it all off our waitress kept flirting with some drunk guy the entire time. Simply. If you're hungry. Do NOT go here. You'll easily be waiting an hour or more for your food. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had BY FAR. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero I would Let me begin by saying there were less than 10 customers in the place when we walked in.....Grace our server was a little ray of sunshine (yea right!!!!).....The drinks came rather quickly which is the reason for the 1 star.... as we ordered our meal I had to thump a roach that was crawling over my fiancé's shoulder off Grace saw this and said nothing...and 40 minuets later still no food....so we left......THATS WHY I CANT STAND Hooters..... This has to be the worst Hooters that that I have ever been to. My wife and just got home and I will never go to this Hooters again! The wings were great as usual. The service was terrible ! I thought Hooters was a Sports bar/restaurant. They had music playing so loud that we had holler to each other and several of the waitresses were dancing around at the all guy tables like they were in a club! Our waitress seemed too preoccupied to even offer to refill our drinks until we were ready for the check and get out of there. Amazing experience. We called an hour prior to showing up with 18 people for a birthday party. The table was set up perfectly and the ladies even took the time to make happy birthday sashes that we all signed for the birthday boy. They sang happy birthday with beautiful voices and were attentive and polite. We were there 2.5 hours and were never pressured to leave. They even kept the cupcakes cool while we ate lunch. Just moved to Burlington. Ordered Take out form Hooters. 20 wings and FF... The FF looked like and tasted like they were cook the day before. They gave us one small container of ranch dressing...you had to pay for more....It that way Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot was full.... read more

The food here is decent the price not to high. The only problem I have everytime I come is in the name 'Hooters' I thought wit that as the name the girls here would have some but all the girls here are flat chested. This is usually a great experience. Went to this place yesterday and the service was the worst I have ever had at a hooters. The waitress brings the beer and sits the glasses in the middle of the table stacked and walked away. I have never been to a Hooters where they did not pour atleast the first beer for the table. We also ordered waters with our food, She doesnt refill the water glasses she asks if we want a pitcher for the table. Im thinking "why dont I cook the wings to" Why am I leaving you a tip for. My friends and I usually hit up this Hooters a couple times a month after playing golf and it has never been this bad. But I want let this one lazy waitress ruin the experience. read more
