i moved into huntington about 6 months ago and have used this service many many times to indianapolis ( i travel weekly for work) and rode with many drivers.everyone has been very nice and so curtous, and the vans have been very clean and well maintained. if i had anything bad to say it guess it would be i think they could use some work on communication, for the most part they have been ontime but i have had twice they were late and once quite late instead of me calling after more then 30 minutes had gone by i feel they should of reached out to me...either dispatcher or the driver both have my number ...but either way i highly recommend this service pam b. read more

If this review were based on the transportation value alone it would be four stars. For a ride to and from the Indianapolis airport from Fort Wayne, it's hard to beat the value you get from Hoosier Shuttle. Also, they've been fairly reliable (on schedule) in our experience. If you happen to get a driver named Brian, however, prepare to get preached to for two to three hours. You wanna go to that dark place where you suffer for eternity? If not, then you better bow down to Brian's narrow-minded brand of Christianity. You better believe exactly as he does, or else! But if you're a more tolerant, open-minded Christian, let alone a Jew, Muslim or Buddhist, you're going to be punished forever, according to your van driver. Honestly, the fact that Hoosier Shuttle enables this religious bigot to spew his ideology onto helpless passengers is pretty disgusting. It makes what should be a fairly pleasant ride something that must be endured. Shame on Hoosier Shuttle for giving this fool a platform to spread his hate. read more

I made arrangements through Hoosier Shuttle to take me to the Indy airport for a college visit, that because of Coronavirus the school had to shut down. I called to get a refund and they said I could be put on a credit list for only 12 months? Why couldn't this be an indefinite credit as I don't know when I will be flying out of Indy next? This company needs to be more flexible and have cancelation policies in place like airlines or sites like Airbnb do. read more

I was so happy to finally know about Hoosier Shuttle! What a deal!! I have only needed transportation once so far, but I found the service, convenience & price to be awesome. I rode with, I think 9-10 other people, in a clean, comfortable extended van. I had reserved a ride last week, but unfortunately I had to cancel my whole trip, the shuttle to the airport included! Hoosier Shuttle did not say "Tough luck, not refundable." They said they'd hold the credit for me. Now that's the way to keep customers coming back!! read more

I have called and left message, with no return phone call. Now I have called yet again, and no space left on voicemail. My daughter had checked other reviews and say they are not reliable. I used them four years ago with success and am sorry they are not an option any more. I will try to rent a car or change my flights as seems no way to get to Fort Wayne now from Indpls. otherwise. A shame, really, as it should not take that much for a business to answer their phone or return messages. Obviously they are on their way out. read more

After reading reviews I want to chime in the warning. I had my shuttle service canceled by this establishment because of weather. When I asked for a refund, per their policy, the woman on the other line screamed and yelled and bullied for almost 10 minutes. She was mean and nasty. I would NEVER want a person like this driving me anywhere. They are a money collecting agency and treat out of town customers terribly! Makes me think they are going under. I hope there is another service around for people to use. read more
