Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

When we decided to go ahead with the project, the entire team came to my house, plumbing, electrician, etc. to assure that what the designer had presented was all doable. Our designer, Dani, was excellent at accommodating all our wishes and our project manager, Ryan, was very thorough and communicative. The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way. At the end, every minor detail was attended to and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling project!

I was impressed with his understanding of the chemical make up in the materials used and how the prep work is carried out. I got back with him 4 months later and scheduled for him to give us a quote while the drywall was going up. Long story short, he met my needs and worked with me on the timing. The crew (Luke, Pat and Damien) spent all day cleaning, sanding and applying the product. I came out several times to look and they answered my questions and explained what I was seeing. When they finished I was so excited at the beautiful garage floor! They even created a texture finish in areas as I was concerned about the floor being slippery when wet. I couldn't be more pleased! Friends all comment how great it looks. I'm thrilled with the product and finish and I highly recommend their company.

The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. Again, this shower was done in 2022 by another company and took 2 1/2 months to complete before we fired them. We couldn't have been happier with Brewer. Margie L

Within a month of installation multiple strands from the carpet began to appear which qualified for a full refund based off the amount of degree of involvement. Despite this, Full Circle deferred the decision on whether or not to refund us to the carpet manufacturer who then promptly stated that the stranding/looping was "normal" and did not qualify for a refund or replacement. On the positive side, they also installed LVP in our basement which did bubbled up in several spots. The company was attentive and corrected the areas that were involved.

I contacted them through a Facebook message and set up an appointment with them to install. The quote was relatively easy to get, as they use flat rate pricing, per square foot on the flooring and per foot on baseboards, quarter round and caulking. You will need to provide the flloring, which I kind of prefer for a couple of reasons. First, it gives me a better selection. I am not limited to what brands are sold by the installer. And second, some installers mark up the price. I was free to find marked down and wholesale planks. I ended up getting about 1,000 square feet from Menards. Gordon and Shawn were awesome. Gordon my be young, but is still very knowledgeable about flooring. My floor was not the easiest to install with all the angles, the cabinets and an island mounted on top of the hard word flooring that was being taken out, the baseboards being high, the area where the carpet was not having an quarter round and a couple of spots in the floor being unleveled. He was able to take care of all of those issues an any other one that we came across, which actually surprised me. Gordon and his team are very dedicated to their craft and getting the job done right. There was some quater round that I needed done around a support beam. It was a very small job, about 5 to 6 feet needed to be done. He came out the. next day and took care of it. He has very reasonable pricing and if you can take care of some things on your own, you can save a few bucks. I did the floor removal and disposal myself. However, he does offer those services for those that cannot do it. He also can sub-contract post house clean up services. And it will get messy with all the dust from the sub floor. I had a hole in a wall in my garage and Shawn was able to repair it for me after they had installed the floor. That was an added bonus and I had been waiting to get this hole repaired for months. It was a life saver. Even with all of the aforementioned issues with installing my flooring, it could not have been installed or looked better. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. Gordon is top notch and I will be using his company again to install a new floor on my house's upstairs. I cannot say enough about Gordon and his team. They are honest, hardworking, up front, dedicated, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend this business for any of your flooring needs.
