This didn't go beyond a routine cleaning. I was hoping for a professional cleaning. That is not what I got. Update: the company was excellent at following up with me to come to great resolution. Appointments were…read morefrequently rescheduled, and it often felt like I was being fit into last-minute canceled appointments rather than receiving reliable scheduling. Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

I actually really like that it is just her and her assistant. So often when we have had cleaners in the past, the team was so large that I felt like I couldn't tell who to really go to...like who was in the drivers seat to address concerns? With Monica, it's super easy because you are always just working with her as the contact. We used Monica for a deep clean. Now, in full disclosure, she isn't cheap BUT this is good. Let me just say, she cleans in areas that I didn't even know I had! I knew that getting a "deep clean" meant a thorough cleaning but it seems like I could eat directly off of every single surface in my house (even the shoe shelf was immaculate). I had issues with my payment going through electronically and she was so patient with me. She stays on top of it (I can tell she is very organized) but was very understanding of the tech challenges I was having. We couldn't recommend Monica enough!

I love coming home after a Monica cleaning day! Monica did a deep clean of our house for the first time this spring and we are going to get this more often! She and her team did a spectacular job! I did not know our house could get THAT level of clean. She gave us a quote up front of the cost and then depending on the length of time at the end, gave us the final amount. All fair to us and well worth it! Monica and her assistant work SO HARD, are reliable, and do a great job. so grateful for her work!!!
