We're then told to go to a SEPARATE location 20 min away, we get there CANNOT figure out what to do. Call the towing and told we need to wait 20 min to get let in. We sat for over an hour in the car waiting, called multiple times and told we could not have an eta, and all we needed was our plate off of our total vehicle!!
