Won't answer their phone before 9am even though they say 24/7. Had to call other place and they even told me "yea he doesn't answer until after 9am" you should take your 24/hr service hours down if that's not the case. Stop wasting peoples time. I left this SAME review on their Facebook page and the unprofessionalism of the response from Tigers Towing was actually jaw dropping for me and the MANY that saw it. Please Call A different Tow Service: called on Friday to explain the tow service we needed, car and motor towed for Saturday from Muffler Man to Miller Brothers in Battle Creek, 2.3 miles. We were told no problem, we can do that. Call us back Saturday morning 1/2 hour before you're ready. We did that and explained what we needed again, ok no problem. Tow trucked arrived driver loaded the car on the flat bed then said he couldn't get the motor unless he dragged it, of course we don't want to drag the motor. Told us it would be another $100 to bring another truck to get the motor. We were not told this when we called TWICE to explain what we needed. I spoke to Austin Monday morning to explain what happened over the weekend he told me another $100 to come get the motor despite the arrangements that were made. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not honor what they say they will do. Just pure customer service to admit they made a mistake, come get the motor to take it the 2.3 miles, but refused to honor their commitment. read more

Recently my classic 1969 muscle car and I accidentally went offloading from highway to swamp. Very fortunate for me zero injuries. The car landed flat on all 4 wheels miraculously with only very minor damage. But....it would require a very large wrecker called a rotater to lift the entire car up to the road. Tiger to the rescue! Tiger (the man himself) and 2 other of his team went to work rigging it all and expertly raised my car and placed it on their flatbed for the ride home. Yes it was a bit pricey but I cannot thank them all enough for a job professionally done. Highly recommend this professional and friendly company. read more

J.T. from Tiger's Towing has handled two of my calls. One, to tow my daughter's car to a repair shop, and two, to come out and unlock my car on a Sunday at a store that just closed for the night. He was quick to respond and quick to get my car unlocked and all the time being a nice guy to talk with. There was another need to call Tiger's a couple of years ago and a different guy came out and was really great to deal with, just like J.T. They seem to employ some good guys. Horrible!!! They charged me $390.00 to pull my car maybe a foot back onto the road when I slid off during our first snow storm this year. I had AAA road side assistance and they would not accept it, even though they are contracted with AAA. Then, charged me $10.00 for a copy of my receipt. I have filed a report with BBB & AAA for insurance deception. read more

The only roadside service we could get to come out in a timely manner on a cold Thursday night. We had a flat tire on I-94 and were able to get to the nearest exit and into a gas station parking area. Our service man was there within the hour and changed our tire and helped us repack our cargo. They towed our vehicle to the dealer when the battery was bad. We just got it back from the dealer. There are symmetrical scratches on the left and rude side of the bumper that were painted with TOUCH UP paint. Our vehicle is a new vehicle. We have NEVER used touch up paint. And they never informed us. Unreal! read more

Tiger was set up by State Farm road service. I told State Farm, the police who called, AND the tiger receptionist I wanted my car, which had died in the turn lane from a highway, that I wanted my car taken to Zaharion's auto repair before the tiger truck showed up. I was only 1/2 mile from there, but I would have had it towed for miles, I love that place for car repair. When Tiger showed up I told the driver I wanted it taken to Zaharion's. He said to let him get the car on the flatbed and then we would set up where to go. He got the car, then said he was not allowed to take it to Zaharion's, his boss would yell at him. I told him to put the car down, I'd call someone else. He said he would drop it where it was, impeding traffic, but I had to pay him the full tow fee. No amount of discussion would change his mind, he just kept saying his boss wouldn't let him go there, and that was that. I had it towed to my son's house, the closest place I could think of. When I got there the car was still on the flatbed. I told him to put it in the driveway, he said I had to pay first, I told him it was covered by State Farm road assist, he said I could make a claim, but if I didn't pay he would be forced to take it to impound and I could deal with Battle Creek police. I paid, he put it down, and charged me not only the tow fee, but $12 for mileage, which I would not have had to pay if he had take it to Zaharion's, which, as I said, was less than a mile away, coincidence? I think not... Not only would I say to say no to tiger towing, I say to yell it from the mountain tops. read more
