It was with great confidence of how well she spoke about the product that had persuade me to make this first large purchase. The GNC box did not provide actual step by step direction on how to take the product but that's a whole other review. The team member took the initiative, before I realize there wasn't even any instructions, hand wrote the directions and tips on a piece of paper for me. Since then I have been following it by the tee. And I'm seeing results beyond what I have been expecting. One of the suggestive clues I tried to hint the team member was potential side effects and how I prefer something more natural supplement. In short I wanted to know what I was ingesting. She was very knowledgable about many if not all the products. I was happy about my purchase regardless how much I spent on that particular box.
