From the moment I arrived, Nancy created a welcoming and professional environment. Even though it was my first class with her, she took the time to learn about my background and experience, offering personalized guidance and thoughtful adjustments throughout the session. Every movement was explained with precision and purpose, and Nancy had an incredible eye for detail--gently refining my form to help me move more efficiently and with better alignment. Her class was challenging but balanced. I loved it! I left feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to my body. In addition to Pilates reformer classes they offer a variety of group fitness classes and fusion classes. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. This review is LONG OVERDUE…read more I discovered SWEAT when I came home last year for a friend's wedding. Not wanting to slack on my exercise plans, I signed up for some spin classes here. The Real Ryder bikes were something else! I'd done plenty of spin classes before, but these bikes gave me a workout I hadn't felt before. The downside of no longer living in Stockton is not being a regular here, but when I'm home for the holidays or other occasions, I try to make a point of doing a class or two. I definitely recommend SWEAT! Check them out, sweat, and feel good about supporting local businesses in Stockton :)
