But taking a class with her gives me a better perspective; the instructor(s) at these classes are no joke, but they allows you to work at your own pace, so don't be afraid to stop and catch your breath during the workout. Regardless whatever pace you set for yourself, you'll feel those muscles you don't usually use the next day, if not sooner! Give it a try and see if you get hooked. In addition to Pilates reformer classes they offer a variety of group fitness classes and fusion classes. I also love how they offer the opportunity for private sessions- that is something that has really helped me in my fitness journey. Few other tidbits - met other members and they were so friendly! One older lady had 300 something classes under her belt and she looked ahhhhmazing!!
