But when CMI announced a show I had to be there. And lemme tell ya. This place is awesome. Located on a section of Pomona with numerous clubs and bars Characters sticks out as it's on the end and the sign is easy to see. As I walked in I was expecting a greasy dive bar with sticky floors and garbage lighting. No! Total opposite. Very clean and the crowd was cool. Pool tables were pushed to the side and the stage was nice and high. Sound was phenomenal and of course the bands were awesome. It's 21+ so keep that in mind if you're interested in an upcoming show.
