Basic instruction and then just let us go to town. We used all types of colored frit, they have every color in the rainbow AND every possible texture & opacity. We made a few flowers and I even did a frog & lily pad. I simply cannot wait to see the final product. Should be a week or so. I highly recommend you check this place out. Great value for your money. Who knew that you need 'Rhinestone Glue' to get them to affix? That said, off I went to Michael's where after some searching to find it (it's tucked past where the Toys r Us used be in Jantzen Beach) I was richly rewarded. The people there are incredibly nice, the selection is HUGE, and the person I spoked to in the glue section taught me more about glue than I ever knew was possible. As a bonus, I also picked up a new exercise stick while I was the for like 5 bucks! (4 ft dowel 3/4 inch). Places apparently don't give the secret code out now and have to supervise you using the bathroom since, apparently, people memorize the code and give it out. THIS is where we are folks. The cashier was friendly and they had the super goopy glue I needed to get - they have a GLUE AISLE... so if you need to stick a thing to another thing, they got you. I managed to sneak past the Halloween stuff and BELIEVE ME, that's rough...I want it all! Then I went to the parking lot and was like WHOA What in the Actual F... because, you know that blinking blue like solar panel things you see in every parking lot now? IT SPOKE TO ME.... They even throw in free picture hooks so you needn't rummage around or make a trip to the hardware store when you get your artwork home, which is a nice touch. Prices are not cheap, but then even cheap, junky frames are expensive and difficult to find nowadays, and the workmanship by Aurora is very good, and justifies the cost. They have also proven adept at framing some oddball pieces for me that are not normally considered "art," so don't be afraid to challenge them!

I contacted them after a couple days when it was listed as "not shipped" and was told it was shipped but "unfortunately the tracking information was not properly imported into our system" but it would still arrive on time. I emailed a couple days later asking if it would arrive on time and got this: "I am sure it will, most packages have slowly started to show up today!" Today, the day I needed it delivered, the UPS tracking information showed up and, upon checking the UPS website, UPS hasn't even received the package. Each time I contacted them, I was clear that I would not need the yarn after the 30th and not to send it or bill me if they could not deliver by that date. I called them today to tell them not to bother to ship it as I would not be able to use the yarn AFTER THE CLASS TO DYE IT WAS DONE. The representative I spoke with didn't seem at all surprised that I was calling about an shipping issue but was apologetic. I assured her I would be refusing delivery and, if for some reason it was delivered anyway, I would expect them to pay return shipping as there was absolutely no ambiguity about the fact that I would not need the item after the date of my class to dye it. She didn't even pause when she told me just to return it unopened to UPS to refuse delivery which tells me the is an ongoing issue (as do all the reviews I am not reading on line with similar issues).
