I have been taking my quilts to Debra for years. Her rates are very reasonable and I am very happy with the work!

This rating is on customer service alone. A few months ago my cousin generously purchased vintage…read moresunglasses from this company for me. On the listing it did state that there was slight scratches on the lenses. There was a photo included in the post. The scratches didn't seem too bad in the photos. When the glasses came to me they were extremely poorly packaged and because of that the tips on the end of each ear post rubbed all over the lenses during transit which scratch them up ridiculously. Professionally when you ship glasses you put protection on the ends to prevent this from happening. There was nothing cushioning the posts and the lens/frame area to prevent this from happening. After speaking to Kim who was in charge of the sale she did not want to own up to any responsibility whatsoever and said it was the shipping carriers fault. The shipping carrier did not package my glasses into the box they came in. This company did. Since then I have taken them to various optical businesses to price the replacement of these lenses since they are completely damaged and I cannot use these glasses. I have been quoted $80 and up!! What was once a nice kind gesture by my cousin has became a headache that now we have to pay for. While I loved the products and items I've seen with this company they have lost a customer and will never purchase from them again.

Not a huge chain store, of course it cant have hundreds of couches in stock. But they will beat any price I can guarantee you that. If you look at a couch online and try it in a big store like Ashley furniture and then order it through furniture plus you will absolutely receive the lowest price. As for the parking, what place in Portland doesn't have less than ideal parking arrangements? There's off street parking as well as a back alley where atleast 4 cars can park parallel. To me this is such a small issue in retrospect to paying HUNDREDS of dollars less. Okay now to my experience. My friend purchased a couch through furniture plus and they were able to get it delivered within a week to the store. I went to her house and fell in love with it so of course I had to ask them if they had another in stock. Well just my luck another one was delivering the next day, so I went immediately and claimed it. The owner is awesome and it was a hassle free experience. I've dealt with other places in the past which feel so "sales-y" this was a completely different experience. I got my couch today and I absolutely love it, I am going to recommend this place to everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't that horrible off-gassing smell at similar type places. However, they did have some kind of odd blinky holiday lights that made annoying noises throughout my visit. I toured each aisle and there wasn't anything to my liking but I can see where a new Asian restaurant could completing outfit their establishment with everything they need. It was nice to see they had real plants! I would consider returning for those or maybe some of their pots. Prices were okay, not great. According to many handmade signs, they take shoplifting seriously!

I wanted to see if there is a Kmart near the area so I did a Yelp search for Kmart, this Portland Closeout store popped up. After glancing at Yelp photos, the 20 % off Yelp check in caught my eye, and the funny t-shirts, the ones on their profile pic. I asked my personal Uber driver ( my other half) to take me. You will not miss this place, there is a huge business sign and parking is available on both sides of the lot. I don't know where to begin looking, the store is clutter but it is a good clutter. There are tons and tons of stuff. Its like a one stop shop, Things you need in Chinatown and the flea market combined together. I am pretty sure you will find something you don't need but actually need here. Just like my experience here. I had fun looking around, Lets see this shop is HUGE! There are sandals, shoes, clothing for mens, womens, children, tshirts, hats, make up, hair accessories, phone accessories, even blankets. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask the owner, she is super friendly. I recall her name is Long. I had fun talking to her and she helped me find what I was looking for. As I mentioned I found 2 items that I didn't need but needed. I saw 2 hats , I didn't think I needed it but bought it for my mom and good friend. ( they both love hats!) I came to shop not looking for hats and not needing it but then I am so glad I bought them because my mom and good friend loved the hats. I also bought those funny saying shirts to give away as souvenirs. They are pretty funny! I was able to use my 20 percent Yelp check in and I am so happy to discover a new place in Portland. I noticed the blankets are cheap, they are the really soft blankets which comes in different color, prints, and even comes with a bag. I remember those blankets, during my childhood days my mom used to buy that blanket for us and I remember they cost more than what Portland Closeout sells them for. I am going to buy a blanket next time I visit. After paying for my items, Long mentioned that her husband is at the store across. Note: Portland Closeout is in 2 separate shop. The store is in front where Long's husband manage has all household items for your kitchen, home and garden which includes furniture, plants, even paintings. This store does look clutter as well, but its a good clutter!! I noticed children's bicycles out in front. This store has EVERYTHING!! Overall, I love how I discovered this place and I enjoyed my shopping experience here. I will be back. If you just moved to Portland, Please check out Portland Closeout, I guarantee you will find products for your new place and you can thank me later!! #101/100/2017
