The second bracelet, a tennis bracelet with very small diamonds needed ONE diamond replaced. I dropped them off on 8/2. The simple bracelet was fixed in a couple weeks. I had to call repeatedly for updates and was told the tennis bracelet was more difficult (a part had to be ordered). Finally on 9/20 I received a call it was ready. This is after multiple calls from me every 2 wks checking in and being told every time, it would be ready "the following Tuesday". They simply ruined my bracelet. Instead of replacing one small diamond, they replaced THREE. And instead of the 3 new diamonds being flush with the bracelet in accordance with the others, they are raised. AND they used gold which does not match the gold in the bracelet. I called them when I got home after looking at the "repair" and they simply said they were sorry I wasn't happy. I do not recommend this jewler. They ruined this very sentimental and dear bracelet.

They could have easily charged more to make a buck, but they kept things in price range the entire time. I was also back and forth a bit with what stone I wanted to use. They were very gracious and patient with me. Ultimately my price for a stone replacement was only $46, and they finished the work days before the ETA. I can't speak more highly of them. Also a bonus: they were okay with communication via text, so I didn't have to take phone calls while I was out and about. They have it all, from raw stones, to gemstones. Beads, cabachons, tumbled stones. VERY reasonable price wise. I was also picking out stones for a necklace I wanted to make. I checked around with them, and then stopped by Celestial Awakenings to see what the better deal was since they were so close together. Handley far exceeded the quality for a fraction of the price.
