1 star only because I have to.I PROMISE TO GOD it is your worst interest to choose this tow company…read morefor your needs...ESPECIALLY if it's a tow.On October 9th I requested roadside assistance threw my aaa because my 2005 audi a8l quattro was over heating really bad and I needed a tow.I had a friend come meet me and wait with me.The tow truck driver Contacted me and informed me he was on his way.I was watching on the tracker threw my aaa app and watched him turn around and head the opposite direction when he was only 0.4 miles away I contacted him to see what was going on and he said aaa dispatched him and told him he needed to go to Biggs junction for a priority supposively an elderly lady was locked out of her car and needed her medication inside. If true understandable. Two hours later he shows up and him and some girl get out of the tow truck she was clearly intoxicated the driver then states that I don't need to wait for him I can head to destination. An hour and a half after I arrive to destination he shows up at this time I noticed he in fact had two people with him.In the midst of him preparing to get my car off of the ramp I hear the girl in the truck laughing and asking him how she is supposed to get out and he says "climb over the seat" while laughing. The driver begins lowering my car and it popped off of the hook he didn't secure and began smashing down the ramp at full speed because he did not put emergency brake on the guy that was with him had to jump in my vehicle to hit the brakes but not before the speed of my car rolling and the impact of it bottoming out ripped my entire front bumper off of my car.Mind you it's an oem bumper discontinued and behind it are many important features of my car such as distance sensors parking sensor impact breaker bar radiator wiring harness for sun roof etc ..ALL EITHER SNAPPED OR BENT.The owner of the company cane and looked at it with her "personal auto body mechanic" and instantly wanted to focus on prior damage that was done in 2019 caused by a fender bender.Very minoot damage .She must have did a carfax on my car to learn about it because you sure couldn't tell by looking at it plus it was the very first thing she said. I OFFERED TO SHOW HER PICTURES OF MY CAR PRIOR BUT SHE DECLINED TO LOOK AT THEM.long story short the owner seriously has no business running a business she offered me a check for $500 dollars because she claimed she couldn't find a replacement bumper when I declined her offer she suddenly had found one for $238 dollars she said she could order.SERIOUSLY MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE IN MY OWN MOUTH.I sent her before and after pictures and a request for only a portion of the estimate I received to fix and or replace everything damaged due to her driver negligence.$3800 and the estimate I got wS 5326 and she continues to try and go around it.This place is the epidamy of BAD BUSINESS.WRECKLES NEGLIGENT CARELESS AND A STRAIT RIP OFF DO NOT DO IT CALL SOMEONE ELSE

If I could give zero stars I would... these people are absolute crooks. They charge twice what a…read morerepair costs. And then "claim" they personally worked on vehicles to account for tremendous labor charges when they have teenagers who certainly not certified and probably don't have a license work on vehicles. If they quote you $400 be repaired to pay $1,000. A whole family of Karen's run this place. The lady in the office will boldly lie directly to your face. It's idiots business like this that ruin peoples trust in humanity. It's a junk facility ran by junk people in a junkyard..

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS…read more I have had the most horrific dealings with this company. Business claims I was "cut a break", I disagree. I called this morning after a tow for a vehicle that my son was driving that had ran out of gas at mile marker 5 on highway 97. As you can see, vehicle was picked up and dropped off at the same location. I will say the vehicle was legitimately moved a few feet as it was across the fog line into the northbound lane. Vehicle was dropped after I paid and the driver was gone at 0130 yet I was billed until 3. In the call this morning to said company, I questioned the times billed. The lady I spoke with was instantly hostile and said that I was "cut a deal" and that she was going to now charge my card $800.00. I informed her that was illegal as the receipt clearly says one amount and she can not charge my card more and that if she did so I would dispute the amount with my credit card and press charges against her. She then explained the they bill by the hour from the time they are dispatched until they return. As the receipt shows, dispatch was at 1241. At 1249 I was called and notified that a tow truck was called. I drove to the location arriving at approximately 0120. I was told billing rate was $250 an hour but would be "cut a break" I paid and driver dropped vehicle and was gone within 10 minutes. I put gas in the vehicle from a gas can, spoke with the WSP trooper and drove into Goldendale and filled the car and the vehicle I was driving. I then stopped by my bank at 0200. If the call was dispatched at 1241, driver was gone by 0130 after having sat and waiting for me to arrive, there is no possible way he was out until 0300. I was then told the truck was out of Carson therefore accounting for the 0300 end time. 1. That is not true as clear by the dispatch time and the drop time. 2. Even if the truck went to Carson after dropping the vehicle, it is only a 1 hour drive. Make the math make sense. Even if I were charged the full rate and not "cut a break" I still paid more. The level of professionalism displayed by this business is non existent. The fact they are "the only tow company contracted with WSP" they feel that they are entitled to rip off private paying people. The company also told me that they should have towed the vehicle to their tow yard as I as the owner of the vehicle and the person paying for the tow has no right to say where the vehicle is towed. The receipts I have posted prove my claim of being over charged. I would never recommend this company for any business. If they cheat for their tow, imagine how much they overcharge for any other service they provide.

STAY AWAY! Had a…read morewater pump and timing belt replaced here. He also cleaned the inter-cooler for my turbo. After a couple of weeks, I was returning from a camping trip and the engine fell out of my car. I found a bolt laying in my engine compartment that he had neglected to put back in. I had my car towed to his shop, expecting that he would fix it with no questions asked. After it was all said and done I had to pay him an additional $200.00 to get the engine back in the car and to repair some damage that was done when it fell out! It was difficult for me to negotiate with him since he had me over a barrel. His rationale for making me pay was that he found it hard to believe that I didn't notice any strange vibrations or anything before the engine fell out of the car. I didn't. Also there was no sense of urgency to get my car back to me, so I had to borrow a friend's car for 3 weeks. About a week after getting my car back for the second time, I was returning from a trip to Seattle when my low oil pressure light blinked on. I was very close to home, so I decided to risk driving the extra mile rather than pay for a tow truck. Just as I was arriving at my house, the oil light came on and stayed on. I got out of my car to see oil basically gushing out of my engine onto the ground. The next day I rolled my car down the hill to a local garage where I was able to put it up onto a lift to investigate the problem. When the engine fell out of the car, it damaged the plastic brush plate that is between my engine and the road. When the suby man "fixed" the brush guard, he used self-tapping steel screws, one of which he drove 1/3 of the way into my aluminum oil pan. The screw worked its way out during my trip to Seattle. The engine falling out of my car could have killed my wife and I. Luckily we weren't driving fast when it happened. The oil leak could have cost me my car, or at the very least ruined a very important trip. Since this has happened I have spoken to several people who have had or have heard of similar experiences with this guy.

Stay away for sure!…read more He took my Subaru Outback sold it and never paid me a dime for it. After fighting him for 2 years I have given up. He has also wrecked a customers car (Tony has no insurance) while he was driving it at 2am drunk. He has several lawsuits against him for damaging cars. He's unprofessional and will destroy your car.
