In short and overall, I was really impressed with their knowledge, expertise, level of detail in their work and their communication as a team and to me as a customer. I was also impressed with the digital tools they used from a video on iphone to the advanced digital testing equipment they used. They communicated to me every step of the way so I understood what my problems were. And they communicated throughout the whole process to one another. Calling me to let me know they are on their way to my home, letting me know what the Home Warranty Company had approved, etc. I have never worked with an HVAC company that has been this professional and buttoned up. They made the entire process smooth and they fixed my problems well. (To put this into perspective, I have been in contract for a few years with another company to service my HVAC systems on two homes. That company had just been out to my house three weeks prior. The work that company did compared to the work Air Done Right did was night and day. The previous company missed all kinds of problems, didn't have the equipment Air Done Right has, and would send a young kid each time who I felt didn't have the level of experience needed for the job. We won't be working with that company any more. And will be giving the business to Air Done Right.) Jermain, Noel and Raquel, thank you for a job well done.

Exchanged texts and phone calls - informed they would would contact when they arrived. I was on site, back of the house, they didn't call, or text, just knocked once and left, no voicemail, no note. When I reached out to find what happened, they admitted they were hours late, and didn't leave VM, or text - but weren't concerned, nor made any effort to rectify it. I said I was frustrated that I spent my day, and they didn't honor the appointment, they said to find someone else, they weren't interested. Also - they list with Space-Pak as factory / registered service, but that they DO NOT service any existing installs, would only install new complete systems. If you are looking for consistency, follow through or service, I'd suggest elsewhere.

That really stood out. When it turned out a visit was needed, they scheduled me for the very next day and even arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was okay). Once on site, they diagnosed the problem immediately, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained everything in clear, simple terms including pricing. The repair was done quickly, and they made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Dean's Services!

The owner was prompt and thorough. The team of two arrived ready to go. They answered the trillions of questions I had and put my mind at ease. It was a noticeably huge difference when they finished. First, the air smelled great coming from the vents. Second, my daughter, who suffers from asthma and allergies, came upstairs for the first time without her nose running uncontrollably. Lastly, I was thrilled because this was the lowest quoted price and he offered the best deal. #winning Hope this helps.

We used them 2 years ago and was very happy with their professionalism, even if there was an issue that they resolved by reducing their invoice amount for us. Jump two years later, now it's 2023, and we hire them to clean my Mother-in-law's house in PA. They arrived early, did the job, and left. My mother-in-law was in a panic because they failed to clean up the mess they left behind, literally. After cleaning her dryer vent, they left all this clumpy dirt behind the dryer and mom freaked out. The forgot to cover several vents and dirt blew out of the vents all over her very expensive dining room -- and on top of that, had to return an hour later because they forgot to turn the thermostat back on, and then return the next day to see the dirt they left behind but did NOT apologize, but said that's what happens when you have a dirty HVAC system. Really?? Isn't that why we hired you? Because we have dirty vents? Not for you to make the dirt travel from the ducts to the house furniture! Well, now WE will not use them for our next service later this year, and we are NOT RECOMMENDING that anyone else who wants professional contractors hire them either! Sorry Induct, but you do NOT treat your customers who paid over $1200 like this! Especially an elderly woman like Mom! You are DISMISSED! Sorry that we weren't there to take pictures to post here.
