Just go and visit!!!! You will be glad you do!
This place is hidden in the ally, with tiny entrance.
But it got good spaces and will be able serve 20+ tables.
I visited around 6:40 pm-ish, and it was pretty empty but the server asked me if I had reservation. I got lucky they still seated me, because around 7pm I realized that people are flooding in.
The ramen here is serious ramen. The chef seems to attend several classes or continue educated himself by participating the programs from Japanese ramen association. There were several certificates hanging just next to the entrance.
I got the Shoyo Ramen. and I am as so satisfied with the quality. The meat, the eggs the noodles, the toppings are all well presented and cooked!
And yet the price is really reasonable, compare to the most mediocre ramen places in America with same price and the same quality ramen place in Taiwan.
They do serve cocktails, alcohol, and dessert, but one bowl of ramen was already talking all the space in my stomach...
I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!
