The staff are pleasant and they are very eco-friendly as they give you Paper bags to carry your chips home in instead of plastic carrier bags (I usually take my own)

The fish too is huge, It is like I am eating a shark it just lasts forever. For the size of portions you get, it is really good value even if we do have to throw some away because there is just way too much. They do kids meals too. You can get a kids meal of chicken nuggets and chips or mini fish and chips and they put it in a special little kiddies box with a toy just like you would get at McDonalds. The staff are lovely too and they are always chatty and you can usually pick up some juicy gossip while you are in there. They know all their regulars by name which is cool for a chippy.

Pretty stereotypical Chinese takeaway feel to it, your generic fish tank under the front desk, Chinese calendars and ornaments etc. Very friendly staff and i was a served straight away. Nice idea having the kitchen open, it looked clean and it was nice to see literally everyone mucking in. I guess I was waiting around 15 minutes but I ordered the fillet steak so I'd be worried if it came out sooner. I spent the time watching the fish in the tank beneath the desk so it went surprising quick. Absolutely fantastic food and well worth the money, one of the best Chinese takeaways I've been to.
